It's not always required but by thinning around 10% it allows you to drop the pressure significantly and therefore reduces overspray, wear on the pump and paint wastage 👍

Hi i recently purchased a graco 390 classic cordless and was wondering if i can use it with dulux undercoat oil-base? What you recommend? I have to use that undercoat instructed by head site office

Great vid Josh. I’m going to be spraying some furniture in my lock up and it doesn’t have electricity. This seems to solve that problem.
You mentioned the hopper set up at the end of the video. Would you recommend that for the smaller jobs? I will also like to use it on some bigger jobs doing a couple of rooms at a time.

The pressure control is better on the 395 it’s the only difference .
@@lw4518 and if you've watched his video on the new 290. The only difference between that and the 390 is the gun. So theoretically you might as well buy a 290 and upgrade the gun saving you a fair bit of cash.

Hi Daniel, the main difference is the 395 can pump slightly more lpm and spray with a slightly larger tip. You also have the smart control which will give you a more consistent control over your pressure. Like you say however the 290 is defiantly a model to consider on a value for money basis 👌
So basically I can’t even mist a 3 bed house with 2 batteries 😂, thanks you made my mind ill go for the corded one

Just purchased a Ultramax handheld a few months ago at the company I work at. Now I wish we held off and got this bad boy instead. 😭😭😭😭
After a few jobs we're sure you'll be able to justify a new machine soon 😉

@@SprayDirect some parts where you speak are very low in terms of volume. Some parts if the audio are crystal clear others the sound is barley audible. Great video and personally looking forward to buying some gear off you. Love your videos.
