Great info, help me out a lot while I was setting up my sprayer on a job. Thanks for making this video, it was very helpful My x7 Graco sprayer is definitely the sprayer for me now that I have it set up correctly
Fabulous advice, thank you. I recently purchased the Wagner HEA Control Pro 350 Extra and the manual is very poor, I literally didn't have a clue as to what pressure to use.
Awesome. Great explanation and demonstration for the less experienced. Now I can do it correctly without too much trial and error. Thank you very much.
Hi thanks for your advice on the spitting problem I had yes it was the gun thank you.. one other problem I’m having is tiny bubbles showing up on trim when spraying semi gloss
Great video! With the wagner hea tips, could a paint requiring 2000psi be used with 1500psi machine running the hea tip? Or is it trial and error? Machine I have is a wagner 350m… Thanks!
@@westsprayairless8763 Thank you for the response! Using a Wagner 150 with HEA, is that going to be able to move paint like your Graco? I guess I'm looking for a budget sprayer that can actually paint a house/multiple rooms.
Old mate explained more in 3 minutes than the manufacturer did in 3 hours of videos. Legend!
Ali, you're awesome mate. I thoroughly enjoy the depth and brevity of your videos. You tell a lot in as few words as is necessary.

This was really helpful - clear, to the point with visual demo - can’t ask for better :-) Cheers
Thanks for your time, this helped me understand what I was doing wrong
For those of us with hearing impairment, a lapel microphone will stop the echoing in your videos and make it louder and clearer. Thanks!
Nice, clear, and concise demonstration.

Great video, what would i need to do if its pushing out too much paint in the centre of the pattern. Thanks

It's a reaction between the base coat and top coats, you need to discuss it with your paint supplier and go with their recommendations.

Great video. Thanks!
I have a Wagner 350 pro extra but notice I get a pressure drop of 200 psi then kicks back in is this correct thanks
Best instructions sofar
If I want to throw more paint, do I increase my tip size and pressure?
That is correct, just make sure your tip selection doesn't require more LPM or GPM than your sprayers capable output.

@@jessetruro Youre best sticking to the tip sizes it came with, theyre not a high flow pump and would struggle with larger tip sizes
@@westsprayairless8763 thank you!
Thank you for the explanation
And how do you know what speed to spray at?
Work at a speed suitable to your ability and tip size
What causes orange peel texture in the finish?
Pressure is too high, causing bounce back
Thankyou
Good vid.
Hey mate, What filter do you recommend for a graco 395 with 310fflp tip?
SP Bygga Use the blue 100 mesh filter. Any tip size above a .014 you could use the black 60 mesh
West Spray Airless thanks. I have been running black on the machine blue in the gun. Just wanted to make sure I was correct.
SP Bygga For that size tip blue in the gun is correct.
Cheers mate
