Thank you for breaking down the technique so that people can follow and really learn. I learned bo technique back in the 1990’s when I trained in Hapkido and became a senior instructor in the Korea Hapkido Federation in my dojang. Most of our technique focused on strikes with a little spinning. Thanks to your tutorials ,I am incorporating more of the striking technique with your flow technique and it’s starting to look really cool. I am planning on subscribing to your patreon channel very soon.

    thanks for the video.
even though I have these skills it's a really good breakdown and I can use it to show people in my fire circle that want to learn staff as i dont always have the time to run them through the basics.
i can't beleive youtube has hidden you from me until now... because I'm always searching for staff videos...
for me it only came up when I used 'flow staff'
and other variation in the past never lead me to you
i subscribed right away...love your work dude.

hey ken, it was a great video and great skills but don't mess up with the names hehe, that is an acro-staff not a bo staff, they all are staff but need to say bo (your high to 184cm normally), jo staff (normally 154cm) and the acro-staff with the weights for balance when you don't use your hands to keep it going and rotate and wrap with your body ;) hope it helps ken ;) and i am not sure but your rotor looks like the karate stile, it looks different from the chineese stile hehe but awsome anyway ;)
