    I purchased a Pimax Crystal Sim edition for myself for Christmas last month and after the headaches it caused from constant game crashes and the controllers and base stations never working correctly i decided to return it for a refund. I purchased directly off the Pimax site and now they want me to ship it to 3 different vendors "AT MY OWN" Expense. I refuse as I did not purchase from vendors and want to ship it all to Pimax. Now I believe the headset was not even new but a remanufacture after finding greasy fingerprints on the back side of the lenses and there was no plastic protective covers on the lenses. THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUISNESS PIMAX!

      Wonder if they'll throw in those dense PPD lenses that the Pimax Crystal has with the Pimax 12K QLED Reality series HMD.

    While FOV, etc are good talking points, what the user NEEDS is a different thing. Users need good intuitive software THAT WORKS. And they need technical support that actually answers questions. They need a headset that is trouble free. They need operational lettering that they can read. They need hassle free instructions. They need a unit that does not need room set-up every other day. They do not need false charging requests constantly !!! They need credit card software sales. They need formal program linking that actually works and runs the damned program they want to run. They don't need to sign in for everything. They need you group of people to get your head out of your asses. That's what they really need. I have an Oculus Rift that has not had a SINGLE PROBLEM or need for anything in over 5 years. They are not worried about FOV !!! They are worried about keeping the customer happy. I cannot recommend your unit at this time for these very reasons.

    Guys, less time making these puff videos and more time responding to tickets. The last video stated that ticket response times are down to 24 hours. Rubbish.

    This headset is not that great. Don't buy it. Software is horrendous and half the time it won't even connect to my computer. Poor controller support for alot of games. Oculus air link works better and I don't like the oculus. It has great clarity but for a VR headset that won't even work half the time. The visuals mean nothing if I have to trouble shoot it everytime. Too much hassle and problems, especially for the premium price you pay. I really like the head set but as of now. Don't buy until they get their Software to work properly.
