Always loved the way his transformation looked. Intimidating, powerful, frightening, straight from hell…all things that embody Dracula. Last Voyage of The Demeter does a great job on capturing a more weakened version of him as well.
I swear this the best Dracula and Werewolf designs till this day, look at 0:39 and 3:48. In what movie do we have a werewolf with such a big body? Not to mention the upright ear design and the well-made nose. In other movies, werewolves often look like an overly hairy wolf that can stand up, or in older movies it looks like a normal human with a little extra fur. I don't know, the werewolf design in this movie looks very clean and modern.
Believe or not, but some people who have encountered Dogmen (aka Real Non-Human Werewolves) say that some of the creatures they seen looked just like if not similar to the Van Hellsing Werewolf. Also the werewolves from Dog Soldiers, Bad Moon, & The Howling are also similar to some Dogman descriptions. So it makes you wonder if the people who designed those unique werewolf looks, got them from studying the detail accounts of Dogman sightings.
As for the Wolf Man 2025, I got a feeling that the new version of the monster will be less hairy and I hope it will be terrifying enough to monster fans.

After 19 years, Still manages to bring goosebumps 🔥
I love his transformation I to the wolf, literally ripping his humanity away!
Out of all the 'remake' that Hollywood seems to be fond of nowadays..the fact that this movie didn't have a remake is beyond me
I would give anything for a sequel to be made for this epic movie
Good things must come to an end. You don't want this movie to be milked like Marvel's Universe do you?
@@pongangelo2048 actually yeah, if it was made today they would find some way of messing it up.
@@pongangelo2048 marvel universe have 90 yrs of source materials to tell but it's not going to hurt this movie if it have a trilogy at least
Better prequel... Or midquel...
Something’s are better left forgotten 🐺
Twilight is so Disney after watching this over a million times 😂
I really love this movie.
How is it 20 years ago? What happened! I was blown away by this movie in the theater. Especially the attack on the village and hunting Van Helsing from the flying vampires POV. Like Constantine back then it wasn't very well received but has aged like fine wine with new generation of audience.
Hugh Jackman's Van Helsing vs Richards Roxburgh Count Dracula is one of the greatest fight scenes ever in 18 years!!!!
almost 20 years old and the cgi for their transformation is still one of the best human to vampire/werewolf transformation in hollywood
This was the best movie of (Van Helsing) I've ever seen. Memories of my childhood, i was very scared to see this movie as a child, as a child, I used to think that those vampires will come and catch me.
My favorite werewolf transformation ever. No other movie or show has topped the way he shifts
I wish we got a sequel. This movie was great.
How would they 🔝 this High lvl story line you got Dr. Frankenstein/Frankenstein, Dracula Bridges, 🐺🐾 Wolfman, Dracula Himself, Jekyll/Mr.Hyde always curious 🤨 how they could flush out another top rated storyline if they keep it interesting 🤔 I would watch.
Its 2024 and somethings are forever. This movie is one such❤
Growing up in Mexico for a couple of years and getting the chance to see this movie once a year was a blast 💥
This movie deserves whole series of sequels or prequels
Best Werewolf, Dracula and movie
Wtf...
Like ...
Have you ever seen " THE HOWLING " , ' BAD MOON ' OR 'DOG SOLDIERS ' ?????
I mean ...
You probably haven't heard of any of these ....
Yes! Van Helsing truly has the best werewolf and Dracula!
Always loved the way his transformation looked. Intimidating, powerful, frightening, straight from hell…all things that embody Dracula. Last Voyage of The Demeter does a great job on capturing a more weakened version of him as well.
What a Masterpiece
This is a masterpiece. The practical effects, the designs....the people were so imaginative back then.
Easily one of the most underrated movies ever!! literally one of my favorites
❤, ਆਤੀ ਸੰਦਰ ਮੂਵੀ 22 ❤
Thankfully I seen this around 6 maybe 7 years old, it influenced my interests so well.
ผ่านมาหลายสิบปี ยังสดใหม่ทันสมัยอยู่เลยเรื่องนี้
6:17 I think he said "Lucifer!"
Dracula could have just flew away as he turned. But still the best werewolf Dracula fight I've ever seen
My favorite monster mash up movie!!
This movie was way ahead of its time, and still, the best Dracula and werewolf portrayal.
4:19 love this line
Underrated movie! Forgot how dope this scene was lol
This movie is as old at I am and no matter how many times I watch it I never get tired of it
I feel as though the blueprint for a Dark Universe was right here. Also best Wolfman look ever. So cool.
And also muscular and terrifying. This is where the werewolf gets justice.
0:34. Best Werewolf Design ever ❤️ and Dracula to
Imagine The Wolf Man (2025) Design like that
As for the Wolf Man 2025, I got a feeling that the new version of the monster will be less hairy and I hope it will be terrifying enough to monster fans.
@@taajwarpope2708 Me Too Hope Make it Terrifying, Scarier & Coolest Werewolf. That will be so Cool that Werewolf vs The Silver Giant (Bear Like Creature Design from Mountain Monsters TV shows)
One of the best Werewolf vs Vampire movie
🐺🆚🧛🏻♂️
I want Van Helsing 2
This movie is kind of a Halloween guilty pleasure for me.
wdym guilty pleasure, it is a very well made movie.
@@skidipap8750 keep telling yourself that.
@@cjkalandek996it was. Better than most movies these days
I love the actors who played Van Helsing and Dracula, they both did amazing in this movie
Always loved how the vampires and were werewolves looked in this movie !!! One of my all time favorites as a kid
Best werewolf designs of all time.
A Reboot of the movie would be amazing
Somehow I feel they will find a way to mess it up i say let it be a classic as is.
