This plugin is absolutely awesome. Been helping beta test too and I’m super stoked on it. It’s definitely a great tone creator. Both instigator and aggravater are surprisingly useful. It’s brand new so no doubt updates and improvements are on the way too. And it’s FREE!!
To be fair, the CPU consumption is the same as using the regular NAM plugin, but it makes sense - the neural network remains as complex and heavy, no matter if NAM native or NAM Universal. But what I found out doing some tests with STL plugins recently is that using standalone plugins consume WAY less CPU than running them in Reaper, so maybe that is where you're coming from.
What I am really amazed about, is not only the great plugin and its great workflow, but as well the content it came packed with. It's free, but ok. You can generalize anything until it seems pointless lol. If it's not for you, that's fine
😂
Hey there, I think I know where you are getting the 50$ from - the wavemind.net page points you to one of WaveMinds plugins, Ecocide or so. The reason for that was, that I did this video during beta-testing, so there was no proper page I could link toward. I will correct this, now that it's live.
Thanks for the comment, because it pin-pointed that it makes sense adjusting that, now that it's live, and hope this clarifies things 🙂
It's free, and it's great
