Thank you for this! Adult learner here. When I enter the spin from a wind-up I always seem to end up dragging onto my toe pick and scraping - any suggestions? (I don't seem to do that from an inside three...)

From the push forward try lifting your free let a bit sooner so it’s not dragging on the ice. ❤️❤️
