Astra coupe turbo - strip down part 1

Finally pulled the coupe in and made a start on stripping it down and inspecting the underside.
In this part I whip the front axle off and give it a general check over to make sure it's worth saving.
I'm pleased to report it's a good un!

Good start mate, underside looks really good. Will you be doing any engine work or just a clean up, re-gasket job? Looking forward to more vids.

Plan is to rebuild the engine, steel rods etc.. and a full overhaul of the car - suspension, breaks, exhaust.
I've started collecting parts for it and will upload future vlogs of it being fitted, links for parts etc..
