    I do understand keeping it safe and slightly less power though if the customer has chosen to do that level of power mods and totally neglected any sort of tyre/brake or suspension mods , not a chance id have been doing that without the supporting mods done first from a business point of view , going to be very easy to end up in a hedge , standard suspension and brakes on these was diabolical

      @VmRyanMv 2 месяца назад +1

      @@that_escalated_quickly2720 and what ? If it smokes ? Who goes out into the world to build a big power pd and worry about a bit of smoke? Personaly in my opinion if you have a bigger enough fuel cooler injecting big fuel will help keep pistons cool in a sense, yes we all know more fuel = heat but I’d rather make 320+ and have smoke than make like 290.

    • @that_escalated_quickly2720
      @that_escalated_quickly2720 2 месяца назад +2

      @@VmRyanMv making more smoke might produce more power like you stated, but it also takes a much bigger toll on the exhaust valves, which get problematic on the pd once you overdo it... The heat is just too much, your turbo doesn't like it too... Also, you have the risc of washing out the cylinder walls oil with the fuel... Running these risks in order to get 30 more hp is plain dumb. Get a bigger injector and turbo and supply proper air per fuel and be happy about having 320-350 HP

    my polo is cleaner, only problem is it's an 1.9 sdi and picks up speed slower than modern tractor, when it's moving it's ok but could do with a turbo on it so i can overtake tractors and trucks, at the moment i have to wait until i'm going down hill , doubt its possible without changing the engine which i'm not going to do as it's only my daily hack and only done 61k so barely ran in, it might get faster when it loosens up a bit at 100k or so
