Thank you so much!
Thank you for all your information, I got on this path intuitively but realizing why I chose this is a huge gift having you make sense of all the crazy. ❤️
You and Dr. Berg, the champs of health.
They claim that melatonin is superior to GSH in many ways, however I'm not sold on it yet.
Great explanation! thanks Dr. My understanding is that Liposomal Glutithione is absorbed better.
Very well explained, thank you. Attention and inattention problems - it now makes a lot of sense why I feel the way I do.
Glad it was helpful! -Team Dr.A
As usual an excellent presentation Dr. A! I'm curious why NAC is preferable to L-Cystein alone? Wouldn't taking L-Cystein in place of NAC circumvent the need for the Methionine conversion, thus reducing homocysteine production?
Nebulised glutathione is incredible.
I have become fundamentally "addicted" to using SPM for its anti-inflammatory properties. Within 2 hours of taking it, I realized that it works. I have had to stop taking it twice and both times, the inflammation returned. I take ~1mg of true SPM twice a day - sometimes ~1.3mg twice a day. Amazing stuff.
how do you take it and why did you have to stop?
What is SPM?
You all who use and abuse acronyms, what do you do with all the seconds you saved at the end of the day?

Great video, check your mic there's slight static on the line.
Thoughts on L Glutathione vs S Acetyl L glutathione?
Nice explanation, i have heard Dr. Paul speak in person on glutathione. He suggest liposomal or iv use of glutathione.
Try NAC supplementation, I feel like it's the best way to boost glutathione
We'll be coming out with another video on Glutathione dosing forms soon - Team Dr. A
Seeking Health has a great sublingual/lozenges product that is worth a try, and some high quality liquids but which are expensive.
Dr Paul. I’d like to introduce you to Steven K Scott. You would love speaking with him. Highly knowledgeable of Glutathione and his team has developed a breakthrough in Glutathione supplement delivery. I can arrange the zoom call.
Do you need a prescription for glutathione? Isn’t it a supplement? I’m not sure. Great explanation.
taking glutathione does not work. take NAC + glycine + glutamine. these are the three amino acids that the liver needs to build glutathione and are available as supplements.
make your own mixture and add a bit of vitamin c. then you have your own glutathione building supplement, very cheap and effective. btw. many people ignore glutamine. but the cortisol lowering and HGH boosting effect can't be ignored.
i would make a mixture of 1:2:3 parts of NAC:glycine:glutamine.
but of course you could go on a very very healthy diet as well. which diet comes with the most easy digestible amino acids? ==> something in the area of carnivore.
there is nothing wrong with home made burger patties mixed with a few other things (soy sauce or a bit of maggi, a mixture of home grown herbs like chives, mint, parsley, sage, sweetheart and one eggs per 250g of meat) and fry it in lard and/or clarified butter.
what do you think about l glutathione supplements? ive been taking it since I was 16
What has it done for you, if you could share?
Last year I ended up in hospital. I was unable to swallow food or liquid. I had an immediate endoscopy and was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. I remember seeing a video of a New York doctor that was treating throat issues including polyps and nodules with glutathione. I understand that it was a stretch to connect my condition with what was presented in the video. I purchased liposomal glutathione and it had an immediate effect. No recurrence of my swallowing issues. Better digestion and as Dr Anderson mentions better head space.I was already taking liposomal vitamin C and I included a full spectrum vitamin E. Definitely a life changer
Where did you choose your products from? I’ve been looking for where to order without the absorbent price tag
@@just_rinny_official_not_fake Return2Health have their own range of liposomal products under the Stride Into Health banner. They also have Seeking Health products which are much pricier.
What happens to our body when stop taking Glutathione injections ? Will it take long for the body to kick start making it's own supply again. Thank you
How do you ‘take’ glutathione?
I take NAC supplements. It helps your body produce more glutathione.
Hi there, Paul! I was hoping to chat and present you some business offer, but the email address you have noted on your profile doesn't seem to be active... Could you please share it here, so that we could discuss it further?
Please answer me, I have meningioma, can I consume liposomal glutathione?
i would never every take liposomal shit. it can bypass all the control loops in the body. that is a very bad idea. take the building blocks for the liver to make all the glutathione it needs to make.
Does NAC make histamine intolerance worse?
Check out our other videos on NAC for some more info - Team Dr. A
I read that glutathione supplements have a very poor absorption by the body, what do you say about that?
liposomal glutathione has the best absoption rate when taken orally, although it is best to get glutathione via IV.
We'll be coming out with a video on this shortly - Team Dr. A
==> NAC + glycine + glutamine.
@@cookiemonstaaaaaa234I take glutathione suppositories and the capsules along with other supplements and vitamins. The suppository is the next best thing to an IV.
I start to cough a wheeze after taking capsules after about two days. I’ve tried it off and on and Everytime I keep having asthma symptoms flare. Once I stop it the symptoms resolve within a few days. This happens when I take zinc supplements as well. Anyone experience this?
Need copper with sink I believe it's 1 mg maybe three mg.
I heard that someone should not take gluthatione when you have asthma.
It sounds like it could be an allergy or sensitivity to one of the binders, fillers & additives used in many supplements rather than the active ingredient.
Are you jabbed? Graphene Oxide exits through the lungs. Likely a detox reaction. Those can be serious, so go very slow and treat them with respect.

I thought taking NAC as a precursor for gluthadion is the better option ?!¿
It is the best option
@@motorizedlifting2534 it's too bad that NAC gave me anhedonia. I was really excited to take them.
NAC only works for a minority of people. For many it is actually bad for them. Look at videos on the methylation cycle for more.

Are Glutathione and Glutamine they same things🎉🎉
They are different! -Team Dr. A
When is the best time to take glutathione am or om. On empty stomach??
You make almost zero GSH by age 70.
give the body the building blocks and you will.
when i watch my parents, i see a mom who tries to focus on health by eating vegetables and a diabetic dad who is addicted to carbs. both have a very low intake of protein and do not prioritize on protein from meat and eggs.
no wonder they are wasting away now in their 80s. it is a good age but being stubborn and not understanding the value of REAL food is crazy.
I dont trust Drs.. Not anymore
Any reason?
@@Xverislion the last 4 yrs
Why? Also, it’s like saying you don’t trust any group of people. It’s ridiculous.
Because doctors are negligent morons. They almost ruined my health on multiple occasions.
Who trust u 😂?? Get a life
Another one on Glutathione and NAC, but you still owe the info on which cancer(s) can be worsened by them!...
@Molecule7 Old studies may have used antiquated forms of vitamins, like dl-alpha tocopherol, that worsened cancer(s) but not the natural forms like tocotrienols.
I just want to know if NAC can cause cancer. I take it everyday and feel great on it but can it stem cancer? Should i continue taking it?
Please watch the NAC 'dangerous?' video for more information; Dr. A discusses both the potential risk of taking it continuously while undergoing cancer treatment and how integrative physicians address that risk with alternative dosing strategies. As always, please consult your integrative physician for more in depth questions especially when undergoing active treatment.
