I have seen lots of videos on RUclips where the instructors made good efforts in teaching this dance online, but each of them i have seen so far failed to point out that we have to bend our knees of the leg on which we are standing at the time that we bounce the other leg's foot behind the verse. Amazing very elegant for elderly fit professionals in parties to do excercises.Please more yoga teaching.Also can be done out in nature ,bare feet after long walks of 4-5 hours .Please more meditation teaching as we need it in this busy Fast rat racing environment.please put yoga and meditation in the fabrics of our ordinary daily lives .All day to be in mindfulness state.

The way I always interiorize all exercise breathing is UP - BREATH IN / DOWN BREATH OUT.....even if you just taking arms and head up breath in and so on. Try it. Hope that helps. That's my personal method that has always worked for me. Remember to breath into belly first and the after fill chest! All the best
