@ 3:28 you list your total Badges of Justice (The Burning Crusade ones). You're looking for Emblem of Heroism in this case.

So many great changes and tips. I was so hyped for wrath but unfortunately for me IRL has kept me away from azeroth. I haven't played since launch day. Looking forward to my schedule freeing up at the end of the month, I'm definitely be doing loremaster for those sweet sweet badges.

Minor but time saved adds up. When you set your hearth stone, your placement and direction is saved. Every time you hearth, that's where and how you flash in.

You will hate the lack of RFD having to waste so much time finding groups then flying and summoning only to have someone eventually AFK but otherwise the experience is great.
Good luck logging in because unless you're jobless or have no responsibilities you aren't going to be playing with the 6 to 11 hour queue times to play. Starts at 12pm and doesn't go down at all till 6am.
I started Storm Peaks as soon as I hit 77 to start on the Sons of Hodir quest line. When I noticed that the quests were giving badges I stayed there and skipped all of ZD and SB. I did all the quests in SP and got about 40% of the way through Icecrown when I hit 80. I had 65 badges, enough to get my BIS trinket and PreBis neck. It was insane. I did 2 days of heroic world tours and finished up all of Icecrown the next days after, ended up with both tier pieces.

@@blairewhiteradicalextremis7765 I did Borean, howling, dragonblight and grizzly hills plus a few dungeon runs here and there. Was 77 just as I did the last quests for the achievement in Grizzly.

@F Nigs wym. I made the decision to lofe masted. Ive finished BT, HF, dragonblight and am just starting SB. Im a few bars into 78. Sounds like great progress.

to correct the mistake at 4:00 onwards regarding the icecrown questlines. the ebon blade quest line is acquirable from that quest by taking the prequest at krasus landing instead (the npc who gives it will also be able to fly you there directly). the argent crusade prequests are simply not required for the ebon blade ones (and vice versa). this can be useful for gathering alts that want to be in a particular phasing by not completing prequests in certain places (SoH/argent crusade being prime examples) so that they can herb/mine those areas specifically, as once the quests are complete they stop spawning either types of node in those areas.
also if you have cold winter flying but you dont have an epic flying mount and havent bought a regular flying mount either for some reason, u can also borrow one for free from an npc at K3 right next to the flying trainer there. dunno if this would actually help anyone, but it might, who knows.
147 total, 88 from icecrown, 44 from storm peaks 5 from zul'drak and 10 from dragonblight.
10 from dragon? I thought it was 5 from wrathgate. Where's the other 5 from?

after looking further it is indeed the case, in fact alliance gives more emblems than being horde
Icecrown horde = 7, alliance = 19,
storm peaks horde = 3, alliance = 15)
You can still do them even tho I’m already 80 yeah ? Cause I did a lot of dungeon grinding lol
lol, i got this trinket blindly while lvling. Still only level 51 but grinding hard. That trinket has come in handy a lot! I had no idea it was a new special quest, but i killed that elite for fun and got the quest item :)

Yeah storm peaks and ice crown is super important. Too often do I see 78 and 79s questing in zul drak and grizzly hills but it’s important to unlock end game content in SP and IC. I go to storm peaks immediately at 77 to unlock sons of hodir and do the thorim quest line. That usually takes me to 78 at which point I’ll start the argent crusade in icecrown. Then at 79 I’ll start shadow vault and some odds and ends around northrend so that when I hit 80 everything is unlocked and I’m friendly with all factions to get tabards.
I did the same lvling my first char, but i think it smart not to quest or do quest really few quests on Strom peaks and ice crown as they reward much more gold at mac lvl.
It is also worth noting that if you use the group finder as a tank or healer when levelling, you always get northrend adventuring supplies at the end of the run. More gold again. What you say is very true about those greens as they start at level 68 upwards, I had a level 68 enhancement shammy from TBC and I changed her to elemental with a full elemental set of greens from the auction house for less than 200g. At 70 there are also two green trinkets you can by off the auction house which have a nice bonus to stamina and hit which aren't unique equipped so you can stack them, a nice bonus. Also, that ghost child in Icecrown, have you noticed what his name is an anagram of?
So happy I got Jeeves to drop while levelling
I take it a step further and use the agi leather looms for plate classes
The best thing you can do for your character in Wrath is to watch WillE videos 😉
Doing storm peaks quests was so worth it levelling. At around 33 emblems and still level 79

So there are enough badges to pick up from questing alone to get your Naxx 2 piece, nice.
You can also buy bind to account honor tokens which give 2k honor per 30 Wintergrasp Shards. Sending that to an undergeared alts is a passive way to get them brutal gear for them to level with.

I would still recommend wearing all mail pieces if possible for Hunter as they get Int converted to Attack Power.
I did one winter grasp, and it was completely lag free. Gave 9k honor and we won after 7 minutes
Killem with sleep deprivation has been in the game files in tbc already as we managed to add it on our pserver/emu core with ease. Bigger question is why didnt blizz enable it before wotlk. Wish I knew.
Strange, this quest showed up for me during pre-patch. I guess nobody noticed till now.
i had this quest when i was in my 50s still leveling so idk how other people are only just getting it now
That pillow quest is NOT new to Wrath lol. It was in Vanilla Classic too. I did it on all my alts that weren't engineering.
I did 78-79 in Storm peaks. Hodir attunement will get you far to 79. Then went 79-80 in ice crown. By the time I hit 80 I got my trinket and off hand.
i think the whole pillow deal is for the drop from the castle to the docks in SW
If you have characters acrossed wow 1 wow 2 wow 3 on same bnet you can still mail heirlooms to them and buy time for flying!
Can’t wait to not leave icecrown next time I play for those badges
The pillow quest was tbc. I not leveled another in wrath and did that quest.

Dang that slow fall trinket would have saved me a lot of gold from falling off my flying mount for stupid reasons lol.
just, a little tip here... you can't make Jeeves anyways until TOC is out in P3 and the schematic actually vendors for 12g and will continue to drop, rather than learning something you can't make for 6 months or so... I would vendor it and learn it closer to that date. you're probably make a few thousand gold by then if you run Heroic HOS/HOLS/Oculus fairly often as you will probably get one almost every 2 runs.

I got my Jeeves while questing in borean tundra
Not sure if you will see this, but heirlooms are completely bugged in classic. all of the damage stats given do nothing. on all lvl 20 I do the some damage with them on as I do naked.
Forgot the main point, that you can clear any raid in green to blue gear, its that easy....
Oh and it roesnt matter how well geared you are, ppl play oneshot pvp again

You get 49 badges from dungeons and 2 from the daily normal, so 51 a day :)
Wintergrasp is bugged for Oceanic Alliance so we haven't been getting Stone Keeper Shards or the Wintergrasp Buff.
I wanna level my alts but this game breaking bug still isn't fixed. I've only been able to get shards from doing the daily quests (30 a day max) even if I get enough for an item theres no vendors to talk to.
It’s not bugged you just never win. I did see a DK hit 40k honour in a 100v5 game though so that looked like a lot of fun.

I've been sick and unable to play since pre-patch, all 3 of 70s from BC are still level 70 (warrior, paladin, shaman). How fucked am I in terms of trying to catch up and get into arenas? TBC was EXTREMELY unforgiving if you fell behind, I know wrath makes catching up easier, I'd imagine I'm already screwed for season 1 and possibly 2.

I got recipe for Jeeves in borean tundra from robots there xD like insta drop same few of my guildmates
9:50 also, heirloom armor downgrades one step, so if the alt is a level 10 warrior, give them the plate shoulders/chest as it will downgrade to mail while the character is below level 40. Heirloom bonus caps at 20% so the ring doesn't make bonus xp 25 if you have chest and shoudlers.
but why you should invest your time to farm the ring then?

Ya you gotta understand he has the capability to play 12-16 hours a day. Hes not your average adult gamer who works away from home 8 hours a day. Same with all the popular wotlk content creators. They probably have 2-4x your play time since wotlk launch.
@@CB-vg9lg they also have time and desire to plan exactly how to do things efficiently and they have enough influence to have easy access to groups whenever they need.
Even if you have a job you should be able to hit 80 relatively quickly. Just look up the most efficient ways to level, or dungeon grind with a competent group. I work full time and was able to hit 80 within a few days.
@@Chopstorm. nahh mate. Dont think your like the rest of us. Most people dont enjoy min maxing the crap out of an incredibly casual mmo. Your expectations of where you should be are just flat out wrong. I'm level 78 and I'm sure all my reputations are significantly more progressed then yours. Especially with getting emblems from questing it's actually much better to quest from 77-80 then dungeon grind. Your way of playing is incredibly boring and not constructive for most wow players.
Heirlooms are kind of painful considering I have piles of them on retail 😅

Tried to compare RXP with Zygor in Dragonblith on Alliance it was all same, every step was same. Think with options that are included Zygor is much better

Maybe this wasn’t around at wrath retail but I remember adding high lvl enchants to heirlooms if you apply the with a max level toon. I can’t recall if I did this in wrath or later xpacs though

Maybe an obvious tip for all you priests out there, but pick up the levitate glyph as early as possible, you will not regret it

Your engineering has to be at a certain skill level. I forgot what it is though.
also tons of enchant scrolls are super cheap
For Jeeves, you can get in in Borean Tundra at the oil field, mining the small robots, me and a guildy got in in 5 min each
Realy Nice video as always. Zygor quest addon is bether and are not conflikting wigh other addons. RestedXP have som conflikts with other addon.
