ijasm feel freee to ask! I find the sofa back rest too low and uncomfortable to slouch on. It was difficult to maintain with kids around, hard to wash stains off the sofa fabric. So I switched to this IKEA sofa (washable covers) and I also put on an extra waterproof cover. This sofa has more depth, it’s comfortable to slouch on
Hello, can you help do another video to show how to use the map management/experimental features, how to create rooms, as in after you save the main map (the entire house), how to segregate this map into different zones/rooms, e.g. Living Room, Masterbedroom, Bedroom 1 and 2?
@@madsncakes i do know some robot vacuum brands like ecovacs for instance actually already have an auto-empty station that can automatically clear the dustbin from the vacuum robot:D

I'm having problem with creating the map.Am I supposed to let it map the entire house in 1 go by itself (without manually returning it to dock or manually controlling direction?) because my house has odd turns I noticed it seems to miss some areas and hence I've tried to manually move it, and despite completing 3 cleans I still can't save a map. appreciate your help! thank you!

@@madsncakes hi, previously my map keeps stuck at 80% after I had let it run for many days. But at the end, I reset the map again, then I managed to build full maps by letting the robot fully run through entire house. without any interruption. So I have figured it out. Thanks anyway.

Hi there, I bought this robot after watching your video but I found out that mine is making a constant clocking sound when it's walk straight forward, is that normal?
i got the same model as my first robot cleaner. i like it very much as its quite effective. However, i have issue with the mop tank dropping on the floor randomly. Also, it has issue climbing up the slope to my room 50% of the time.
@@madsncakes Yeap the slope is different colour from the floor. I am not sure if it is a design flaw but the mop attachment has dropped a few times while mopping, I don't see anyway I can tighten the attachment.
The cheaper Roborock or Xiaomi Robot vacuums are still better than the other brand robots in that budget price range because robot in that price range are random dumb bots but xiaomi budget range uses a zig zag basic room mapping unlike its older non budget brother that uses lidar or laser mapping yes the circle disc like thing on the non budget Roborock vacuums that is more precise compared to zig-zag mapping but the budget model is really great opinion for its price and suction power is really really so much better than robot vacuum at is price range it even has non-budget features like no-go zones that you can’t find on any other robot vacuum brands at this price point but if you have a little more budget i would really recommend the models like the S5 Max or S6 Pure as an in the middle of features and capacity/price or if money is not an issue Roborock just came out with their new ai Model with lidar and vslam (front camera mapping) and can detect stuff like cables or socks on the floor and avoid it (smart home solver recently reviewed the new model) and for those tech nerds and geeks out there (vacuum wars channel reviewed almost all models of roborock series and roombas and popular brands agains roborock yeah if you have time i suggest if your interested in xiaomi/roborock line of robot vacuum check these channels out k thx bye 👋

I own the 1C too. Its side brushes will get entangled on a shaggy rug. Works fine on medium pile rug though

Probably the attachment loosen. Is the slope color different from your floor?

I guess the floor color makes the robot think it is a hole? The mop never fell on me. Get it to the service center if within warranty
