Ive read reviews on you tube that mention water leaking issue from the water tank when handling the water tank and also afterwards when the tank is installed the machine, Other comments said once installed there was no leaking issue. I asked for clarification but did not receive a reply. are you able to comment please regarding this water leaking or any condensation water related issues that occur over time?
Can you use the vacuum without the rollers? Main reason I'm thinking to buy is because of my wife's hair is all over the house, with the roller I think it will jam up quite fast

It is a pity, they have issued a new firmware this year for that model but there is some issue with updating. This takes care of the issue of multiple maps and from what I have seen it improves the functionality of the device. I just bought one and for some reason mine does not take the feature of mopping only, it asks for a different water tank other then the 2 in 1. The vacuum and mopping feature on the other hand works properly. Any hints?

If I recall battery size is smaller for 1c
With the higher suction power
It will not be sufficient for bigger houses long term

Didn’t experience any water leaking... it’s a electric water controlled tank
Actually. When you pour water into the container.. it does leak water... But overall still usable
