Let's say I wanted to build a system right now, for a reasonable price, that had a very strong upgrade path. I don't want to be spending more building a new system down the line. I'd mainly be doing some video editing in 1080p 30 or 60fps and some moderate but high framerate 1080p or 1440p (less framerate obviously) gaming. I'd like to be able to stream in 720p 30fps from this pc.
My best guess would be to pick up a 3000 series ryzen 5, something like a rx570, rx580, 1650 or 1660 super, and 16 gb of memory (though 1080p 60fps does eat ram). That case in the video is also such a clean look. I think I'd end up building in that.

I have this case in a black with my prebuilt. Then I got one in white to build my kid a PC.
Mine was a powerspec g706 I've added a Rtx 3080 and 32 GB RAM and extra storage. The kids is a 9100 and 1660 super. Actually has that same touchaqua cooler. lol. Kid is 5 doesn't need more than that.

You had me at "Lian Li"! Also I recently built a system with your same motherboard and an i5-8400, and 32 GB DDR4. Watching your video I see I could probably have gone with an i3, but this beast runs very well (with a GTX-1060).

Thank you for this wonderful build, it just goes to show that budget doesn’t have to mean ugly or underpowered. Great work on the cable management too!

My gpu is an GTX 1650 and my processor is an Ryzen 6 3600. It’s. A really nice and smooth pc, I’m surprised it works well with lower budget builds

I love building pcs but i can only afford them piece by piece and then sell the full pc if its not my personal computer. This is calming

Heh, how I cable manage is basically just putting the motherboard in and then seeing whatever hole is nearest to the connection and then pushing the cable through the hole

I'm using a 1tb nvme m.2 inland brand ssd as well & love it, running a i5 9600k overclocked to 5.2 ghz it's a beast, I think I paid 150 usd for the ssd at my local microcenter, definitely a good deal to be had
