I'm so envious of your gas stove! I love cooking with gas instead of electric it makes such a difference.
The adjustments are more exact with gas for sure but electric are way easier to clean! lol

So tasty! Sometimes I make them with thin disks, like in this video ruclips.net/video/fvZ_aRUldRI/видео.html but this was nice because the smashed potatoes where kinda crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Hope you enjoy if you give it a try! 🥰

The mini pancakes are a great idea. I can make those on Sunday & leave them in the fridge for the kids to eat before school. I need those duster cloths. I hate having to buy one use ones. Just curious does Nicholas help you clean? I get overwhelmed with cleaning. We need to do spring cleaning around here. Happy spring Nikki 🌞🌺
Glad you like the mini pancakes! Hope you enjoy them 🥰 And yes we both have our "jobs" lol He mostly does bathrooms, I usually do the kitchen and living room. He does trash and breaks down recycling, I vacuum. Basically we chose the chores we like doing and I hate doing the bathrooms but he doesn't mind, so we found a good system. I get feeling overwhelmed though...I think it's unrealistic to think the whole place could be done in one day like I see online! Those clean with me videos are fun/motivating to watch, but I think it's more practical to focus on one area or project at a time and let good enough be good enough. I only did the living room and kitchen on this day and left the other rooms and laundry for another day. it still felt nice and the house felt fresher just doing that area. I try to remind myself that good is not the enemy of great, it doesn't have to be all or nothing and that makes it more manageable and actually kinda fun? lol I put on podcasts or a movie and the time flies. Hope that helps!

The abbots is amazing, isn’t it? We use the meat for spaghetti, and taco meat, and the chicken one has been AMAZING for taquitos for my kids 💖

First of all, those earrings suit you so well! The makeup brights up your face and makes you glow particularly 😊 I was never introduced to pancakes cooked differently in the past. Something I like about your channel is your reinvention capacity and the fact that you also talk about other things, you are not like obsessed with food, you don not comply with that strict vegan rigid mindset and diet talk so 2016

Thanks to your post when I saw the Lindt dark chocolate bunnies at target , I bought 4! They are so pretty! My husband arranged them on the island looking like 2 couples kissing. So cute! So I haven’t taken a bite yet, but I will! lol.

P. P. S. Omg I’m going comment crazy! 🤪 when you make the date bark, how do you make the first date layer? Do you just chop them up and lay them out on parchment paper? Food processor?
Hey Ashley! Here's the recipe nikkivegan.com/date-bark-recipe/ You don't have to chop anything in this recipe, just remove the pit from the date and open them up so they lay flat. It's so good, I've been making it on repeat so I hope you enjoy! ❤️

Oh no! Hate when that happens!! There's also some other bands that make vegan milk chocolate bunnies but I haven't tried them yet

its so funny to see the katjes packaging in german in your country. katjes actually said they will veganise all of their gummies that were vegetarian before. oh and the lindt chocolate bunny also comes in a vegan "milk"chocolate flavour! the bunny has an all green packaging which i find very cute (and i loved the taste of it!!) idk if that's available in the us tho :(

the pancakes in the oven is kinda like "ugnspannkaka" that we have here in Sweden. have you heard of it? :)
I haven't but I will Google immediately! That sounds great. What do you serve them with? My Grandma used to make Norwegian pancakes and we'd sprinkle them with sugar or sometimes we'd use strawberry jam. So good!
@@NikkiVegan We put jam (often strawberry) and whipped cream or ice cream. And some people put butter on the side. It's a kind of thicker variation of normal thin pancakes :)
