- Final Fantasy 7 Remake combat gameplay video featuring Aerith soloing the Monsters of Legend in just over 3 mins. No Gotterdammerung and no healing. No damage was not the aim, but if anyone wants to try this run out with no damage simply standard attack the Bomb enemies rather than Tempest, if you do enough damage during their flamethrower they'll be pressured before it even hits you. Very straight forward, Tempest is simply better for damage and ATB hence why it was used here.
It was brought to my attention recently that I've been neglectful of everyone's favourite flower peddler. The reality is, I personally don't find playing Aerith directly as fun as Cloud and Tifa, regardless of how crazy strong she is when used correctly. Having said that, I know there's plenty out there who love Aerith's combat the most of all the characters, I hear ya, and I hope you enjoy this one to start with ;)

Although she's only using magic, the subtle screen tremors make the attacks feel heavy
Yeah for sure, there's lots of subtle things like that throughout the game and especially in combat which make is really immersive.
Aerith is like a rose, with sharp thorns.

Yo man thanks a lot! She sure is, I honestly don't feel the enjoyment playing her like I do Cloud and Tifa but there's no denying she's super strong 💪
@@Dowdzy9999 Aerith is actually my favorite to play as. Well, with synergy being so strong now, I'm used to using her as support with Tifa as lead
@@jianuzzi absolutely, she's ideally suited to that. Crazy free damage!
I love aerith and she has high attack but I really wish the devs would give her more agility. The aggro system does not her make a long range character at all(more midrange) and her dodge does not line up. I can never play her for too long bc she gets attacked. I know she not suppose to be a physically fighter but she is a mage just make her fly or float instead of twirl dodging.

What's making her do two Sorcerous Storms in a row, as in 1:40?
He just put it on shortcuts and is using it twice in a row because he has two full ATB to do so. He's keeping it up so much with aggressiveness, smart Tempest use, ATB Boost and Skill Master materia.
Was using Ice a part of the challenge or is there actually some benefit to it?
Ice has the highest stagger value of any other element whenever you're not exploiting elemental weaknesses. It's really really good
