I noticed u used chain bangle multiple times for different characters. IIRC, you can only have 1 chain bangle in the game no?
Only 1 chain bangle in the game unfortunately. But these videos are from the perspective of building them as your main focus character. I've learned tho as aerith and Tifas defenses are lacking regardless of what you do it's just best to sacrifice and use the force bracelet or whatever gives 4 materia slots!
her triangle tap can also do physical damage to weak low level enemies like doom mice if they're basically right ontop of her, and then she can launch them and juggle them into the air.
hello first time playing ff games ever and i like it a lot.
i have seen few videos to learn stuff the one thing i dont get is how to pick multiple spells to cast in one attack.go. like you pick fire thunder 2 spells at once or combine them.
when i play i can only pick one like fire then screen auto change to who i want to cast it on.
my English is bad but i hope you get my point. thanks

They need to add a chair melee weapon for Aerith. Kinda like how Barret has a few melee options. Hell i'd even dish out a few bucks for chair dlc.
If they don't capitalize on that money making gameplan then I have faith we will get our answers when the modding community gets their hands on the PC version!

I am on my first playthrough, and Aerith is insanely powerful. As I am not max yet, I am just using her for everything. Also, I feel like you could win the whole game with just her.
You very well can! This video didn't even showcase the most craziest things you can do with her. I agreed. In fact, by this reason i hated more the outcome of the chapter 12, as i lost Aerith during a lot time. Being honest, i feel myself more weaker without her.
Opening up the video with Aerith smacking me in the face with a chair is just... that's so unfair. I'm morally obligated to like this video now.

Pro tip: Tempest is actually a really good set up tool more than it is an attack. When fully charged Tempest gives Aerith a lot of ATB when it explodes. I mainly use it on staggered enemies as my first attack and immediately use the time in between that it takes before it explodes to use commands. If timed just right it can give Aerith an ATB bar to use additional commands after that on top of dealing a lot of damage. Aerith can pull off 6 nukes in Arcane Ward & 3 Soul Drains easily with use of Tempest and that's without Team Support & Materia like Refocus, ATB Assist, Skill Master, and ATB Stagger. Tempest is an underrated yet essential tool for maximizing Aerith's DPS
Yup you definitely want to use it on a non mobile or staggered enemy to maximize not only damage but ATB gain ws well!

Did not realize I missed out on a whole weapon for Aerith on my playthrough. I missed the bladed staff.
I missed that one as well! Didn't realize it until I saw everyone had 6 weapons except her so I had to hit Google haha
I like giving Aerith the Parry Materia no matter what build you make. It gives her a nice dash attack that you can turn into a defensive maneuver if you need to create space between yourself and the opponent(s). Aerith’s normal dodge doesn’t really cover that much distance but it you pair that with the dash you get from the Parry Materia, you have yourself a nice way to get yourself out of hairy situations that also deals damage since so many enemies seem to like to charge and attack her.
That's a good idea too especially if you want to control her often and not worry about enemies striking her down

I hope in part 2 they expand on Aerith wards. I found that it added such an interesting dynamic element to battle...running to the wards for the bonuses in the heat of the battle, even placement sometimes require thought. I am thinking she can have some protection type wards that reduce damage while on it or status. Also, since enemies move around the field....small trap like wards that should an enemy pass over it they receive damage or you can even knock them back into it....Aerith play style is the type that actually affects how you play overall as her techniques can benefit everyone compared to the rest of the team.
Her other techniques like the fairy assist wasn't too useful, I often forgot about it...maybe if the fairy acted more as a distraction than additional damage...it may have been better. Lustrous shield is useful but very situational...but such a pretty spell. Aerith has a lot of potential to make battles even more dynamic going forward. One last thing, please let us get a gravity spell, not for damage but acts like the rust dragon own that actually pulls you in to bring enemies closer together to better target them. That gravity magnet ability should have either be an enemy skill or an Aerith only ability....actually the Rust dragon own was pretty cool...I wish we could have learned it along with this monster that uses a sonic scream for little damage but big interruption.
All really solid ideas that I see happening in ff7 remake 2! More wards equal more diverse pairings and playstyle. Yeah fairy assist was a meh ability for me. It has it uses but other abilities out weigh it more.
Gravity spell would be sooo dope for grouping I like that idea. Maybe they should make it a enemy skill if anything! I was disappointed that there are only 3 enemy skills in the game but understandable since it's only midgar
@@BltzZ it is 4 abilities but at least 5 would be nice. It is algid aura, self destruct, spirit syphon and bad breath from Molboro fight.
@@Ephideltrance IDK why i wrote 3 abilities smh I use it all the time lol i sometimes forget spirit siphon and algid aura are two different ones i guess and my brain counts them as 1. Those are way too similar moves and we couldve gotten something cooler like gravity.

I'm happy to hear that! Aerith does the most damage in the game at a quick pace which is why she generates so much aggro so quickly. Enemies will flock to her immediately so you need to constantly switch around characters to essentially keep aerith alive haha. They are well aware of her damage and OP chair
She is my favorite to play with! I love using magic with her only because she can regain mp. I use her very similar to your black mage set up.
Her MP regain is nasty then if you top it off with MP absorbs in specific builds it's just not even fair lol

@@BltzZ Yeah man, I'm way late to the show, just got gifted a PS4 from my friend, this and bloodborne where the only two games i really wanted to play.
I sunk hundreds upon hundreds of hours into the original when i was a teenager.
And i must say I am just blown away by what they have manged to do with this remake, every part of the game is just elevated and the most impressive part for me personaly is the combat system, i'm just wow this is platinumgames levels of good!

Hey man, just want to say I really love your videos, they are informative and cleanly made. Definitely would love to see videos focused on making builds around each weapon, focusing on the strengths of those weapons.
That's a great idea too I was going to do the purple pains next for a crazy crit build
Aerith's ATB Ward works best when Tifa has the ATB Assist materia. Running combos with Tifa builds ATB for Aerith with ATB Ward giving ATB back to Tifa. This allows Tifa to achieve maximum fisting.
Also, there's a nice little exploit where equipping the one attack spell three times and equipping Magnify on one, Hp Absorb on another, and Mp Absorb on the last one. They all apply to the same spell and add that to Arcane Ward and a ton of Hp and Mp are returned on casting.
Edit: I see you mentioned it in brief towards the end of the video.

Fleeting Familiar's extra attacks can interrupt or even pressure smaller enemies when you use it. I found that whenever I had ATB to spare but I didn't particularly need to cast any elemental magic with Aerith, Soul Drain + Fleeting Familiar put out a suprising amount of damage against mobs.
Aerith is absolutely a key member when fighting Bahamut, doubly so on the run up to Pride and Joy. Doublecasting an -aga spell plus a few Overpower hits from Tifa is usually enough to pressure Bahamut during his countdown, and her high elemental damage is also good for quick killing Ifrit after Bahamut's been dealt with.
Mannnn 11:03 was clutch. When i did that challenge i had to restart a few times cuz i didn't know about subversion materia. Great vid my man

Another great guide video my guy. I like using Aerith as both a white and black mage as well. Her Mythril Staff is crazy good when I use her as a black mage doing insane raw magic power output coupled with a maxed out Magic Up materia ftw! The one thing I havent really tried out yet is her Silver Staff. I will give it a try for sure. Keep on rockin with this ff7r guide build series man, you are killing it. Pog Champ!

Barret fits my place style so well as a ranged tanked and would be ideal in my hard mode playthrough for the coliseum challenges but I can’t help but use Aerith instead because I love her. So thank you so much for this!
I know I really wish we can do 4 player parties! Melee Barret build I have in his advanced guide is the most fun for me to use! That health regain and sustain is outrageous and such a bully

She is the key to bringing on full team damage in this game!
This gets a little overlooked, but you can actually disable magnify when casting a spell by pressing L1, you'll see the little circle thing right to the spell grayed out when you do it. This is useful when you have a single target enemy and you don't really need the magnify effect and having to deal with the drop of damage. This is also useful if you run it with healing materia, you disable magnify and use cure on a single target if you need to heal someone and the rest is healthy.
Yup I do it in a clip of this video once or twice. But I was going to talk about it to bring it to people's attention in a MP absorb self heals build for Aerith I'm working on

Aa for my favorite to play at, thus far: It's still Tifa with the deadly dodge basic attack + focused strike. But I'm enjoying melee Barret too. Will try a damage build for Aerith now

When I first played the game I had no idea how to use Aerith. Now she’s my favorite to play just bc I love her setup moves and how much magical damage she can dish out
I always considered Aerith the best character, as she isn't only powerful with her magic, but also versatile with her abilities, making her very useful against any enemy that i faced.
Even i hated when Shinra took her after the chapter 12, as i felt myself weaker without her in the team.
Seriously, i even felt that she was Cloud's bodyguard instead of the other way around.
Aerith is OP and breaks the game in so many ways. I was able to defeat Bahamut only with her and Cloud because of her insane magic stats. BTW, Parry materia hugely improves her dodge. HP Absorption is very beneficial for her to have as well paired with offensive spells. It was too late for to realize how useful Tempest is.
All good I talk about all these options too in other videos as well! Haha well you gotta now platinum the game :) and reuse all these skills to their fullest. Check out my hard mode hell house guide for Aerith badassness

I went in a bit of a different direction. The biggest change is that I used Astral Cuff, which prioritizes one's magical defense over materia use.
So, I only have six slots, including the slot for the summon (Leviathan). I am also using Platinum Earings with the Silver Staff. The full materia is:

This remake made me want for Aerith and Cloud to end up together. They're interactions are great and she really gets Cloud out of his shell along with the chemistry they build through the game.
That's just because Aerith sees Zack in Cloud's eyes, who, in fact, she really loves.
@giusyvacca2736 I know, but the remake makes it seem as if Aerith knows Cloud is not Zach.
@@xXLilSmurthXx Of course She knows Cloud isn't Zack, but it's like when you meet someone who reminds you of someone else that you love. In that case, because you see in that person things that remind you of the person you love, you tend to develop affection towards him/her more easily.
To support this statement, Aerith even confesses Cloud that He reminds a lot of Zack in the park, and admits Zack is the only guy She ever loved. In addition, when She finds herself and Cluod in situations that she has already been with Zack (which are a lot) She smiles more because She remembers Zack. Lastly, She always wear pink like She promised Zack. To me, she's clearly still in love with Zack and is intended to be with him, meanwhile Cloud is intended to be with Tifa. That said, my word certainly isn't the absolute truth and you can ship who you want with whoever you want, they're fictional characters after all!

Wicked video as always dude. my build is almost similar to yours instead I use the scarf accessory to give that small atb boost as my Cloud and Tifa have first strike and like you said about prayer as an option I also like to swap between that and ATB boost materia. For that extra umph!
That's a good accessory to have! Especially since the limit of two first strikes. I really wish we could have 4 player combat now haha I miss having Barret with the gang and vice versa for the others. I mean the old school games are 4 player parties why can't we try it out in VR modes :). I'd like it with an even higher difficulty

Fleeting Familiar's attacks have high stagger and knockup when they are the orange orbs from using abilities and spells. -AGA spells has the fairy blast out 4 orbs or so, and is very useful for flinching opponents while the cast is happening.

If you get the right setups with Aerith, she is insane.
I truly believe she is the key for defeating the top secret boss in record time! She alone buffs everyone's magic damage with her abilities. And silver staff is OP

Nice, it's finally here! I don't have too many suggestions with Aerith, but here goes.
One thing I like to do with her is to pair Wind with Elemental on her weapon. The Aero line is usually not worth casting, since it never hits the flying enemies that are weak to it. Not a problem with Aerith's homing projectiles though (you can also do the same with Barret).
Deadly Dodge works on Aerith! It's nowhere near as flashy as Tifa's Shotokan impersonation or Barret's AoE shotgun blast, but it does scale her firepower up in proportion with the number of enemies on the screen.
Finally, one pairing I always have on Aerith is Warding with Binding. Apart from giving her a debuff option, this also protects her from the Silence debuff itself. As a mage, Silence affects Aerith worse than the other members of the party, so this combination is especially useful on her.
Really good combination of warding to bypass silencing!!
Great video! Personally, I like to equip Aerith with every elemental spell in the game, plus Prayer and Barrier spells for support. She’s has a ridiculously high MP stat, especially Mythril Rod. The best part about Prayer is that you don’t have to choose who to heal since it heals everyone, that why I would leave the Healing materia to the others. I actually love her first limit break, it saved me a couple times when I was unable to heal due to the lack of ATB. It also damages enemies in return. It’s like a close shave limit break for me.

And it's kinda pointless to have all the elemental spells on her. Just have one on you for the specific enemies you'll fight and keep some of the purple materials on you

@@BltzZ I reloaded my 100% save and loaded up against top secrets. No revive materia just cloud tifa and aerith and I pretty much obliterated them. Tifa with two luck UPs aerith with a lot of mp and firaga and cloud with health and a couple purples. They were falling so fast. Longest one was Leviathan because he actually got to fly around and you know how slow it is for aerith to make him come down
Comparing Mythril Rod to my usual Reinforced Staff I'm seeing huge stat decreases all across the board.
Also, I really like Spectral Cogwheel on Aerith because less time spent healing with your ATB gauge is more time spent doing other stuff.

When you hold tempest down and have the crystal that explodes. If you toss another tempest (Tap or Hold) it will cause the first one to go off sooner then it would normally.
Barret in general has been a blast to play. I feel hes the most unique of all the characters so theres so much variation and depth to playing as him. Tifa def has the highest skill ceiling though but is so fullfilling when you become an expert at her. Cloud is the safe bet. He has damage reduction built into his combat for crying out loud. Def the pressure starter. Like you i rarely use aerith directly. Happy to keep her on in the background as a support for when i need her but nothing much out side of that.
Same way I feel about Barret! I absolutely love bullying people with his melee build from my advanced guide. The health you regain from that is just tooo much fun

10000% agree about a co-op mode! That way we can actually enjoy our limit breaks and spells if we can play with a bunch of friends. That's be clutch. I love all the redesigns in this game though I wish there were more hotkey options. I hate using a slide bar for spells and freezing the fight.
I would've loved L2 to be more shortcuts since L2 is only used for the compass which is silly. Should've been a option in the menu for that. Yes! Coop would be absolutely insane especially VR Boss challenges with viewers

Also the game is just start funny on hard in my view, I truly enjoyed game and replay a lot fights just for fun and for no dmg, I glad square Enix give us this game
you know this would have been really helpful yesterday when i was struggling to beat hell house on hard mode. especially that using soul drain during stagger gives you almost 20 mp

I'm actually using aerith as a red mage by powering up prayer and using the wards for double casting.
For me she is the most fun to play as because I love to play as magic user in RPGs whether they are attack mages or healer and seeing g how she was built to be both depending on the situation make her very awesome, plus she is pink my favorite color.

Don't know if you have done this in the past but maybe you could make builds for the original Final Fantasy VII. I'm replaying it for the first time in over 10 years. Just made it to rocket town. I made it to the end of the Remake in 7 hours in the original. They really changed alot, for the better imo. I wonder if they will censor Cid. He's pretty toxic by today's standards but his character flaws are what make him an interesting character imo. Hope they don't change him too much.
I was just having this conversation about cid with my girlfriend haha they most definitely will have to tone him down. He might just be super sarcastic towards shera but I'm excited to see what they do either way. I've mained dragoon for so long in ff14 I can't wait to see cids combat personally haha.

I really hope they don't censor or tone down Cid as much either. Like there's so many examples of when game developers try to please "that group" not gonna name them... nope.. it's a lose lose situation. Shoot look at the dumpster fire situation for TLOU part II. I may be biased but, Cid is one of my favorite characters in FF7.

She's too op with the Gotterdammerung. Pop refocus for the quick atbs, then keep Planet Protector up for pretty much the duration of the fight. Even hardmode Sephiroth has little answer for that.

Great advice but personally speaking I havent ran into many enemies that use shields or reflect that I can actually remove...so what I found better for her is barrier, since its universally more effective. I use healing, cleansing, revive and an element that is needed at the time along with prayer, refocus, magic up and mp up. I use guard stick, rune armlet, leviathan and spectral cogwheel to get limit breaks faster. She is a balance of white and black mage built this way

I would swap your arcane ward with fleeting familiar in the shortcuts... since arcane ward takes you into a menu regardless to choose where to place it... kind of defeats the purpose of a shortcut... also I always use both magic ups on aerith... if its regular gameplay i use it with silver staff but for the combat simulator you can use the mythril rod for 490 magic attack. I beat top secret this way without even getting hit once on aerith since you stagger lock things so quickly. If you want to get even crazier then replace your acc with a fury ring which will give you permanent berserk status and add 25% damage.
That fury ring and Mythril magic up build is my go to for pride and joy haha I'm going to make a full guide on that tonight
My plan is probably to run support with the Reinforced or Silver Staff on Hard mode. I’m nearing the end of my first playthrough lol. But I’ll switch her to a more Black Magic focused build with whatever enemies are weak to for her solo challenges in the colisseum and Combat Simulator, Mythril staff and all. Reason being there’s little reason for her to use healing with magnify when she’s flying solo, if it wasn’t obvious already lol. Either way, I’ll probably have whatever magic materia the enemy is weak to, but equip more stat boosters for when she fights solo, along with probably the Mythril Staff instead of the Silver staff.
I definitely recommend checkout out our unlimited atb build too! And the top secrets fight shah :D

There so many skills that I don't use with her... like the butterfly friend and the shield... let's see what you have for us in this video (still watching at the beginning) hehe
The shield is super situational but a great use against all projectiles if you have extra ATB be sure to use the shield to protect your Arcane or ATB wards :)
@@BltzZ That shield came in a pinch for the weak gun fire attacks from Arsenal. But not so much the power shots...Would not recommend it..ooff..

I love using Aerith. Shes so different that it keeps the game play fresh. Lustrious Shield is actually amazing and great against certain bosses. And Ray of Judgment is just the best way to finish off an enemy.
Ray of judgements animation is sooooo sick looking. Really wish aerith AI didn't walk up to enemies tho like a duck

Damn man. Your guides were great in helping me with my own ideas of each character's (I even found out things I missed or overlooked which makes going through "Hard Mode" alot more tolerable LOL). Makes me eager to see how Yuffie, Cait Sith, Cid & Vincent will play like in the future (Especially eager to see how Red XIII will feel like to control in the next part!). I'm sure you'll have some good guides for them when they become playable (I hope with the "re-imagining" their doing with the game! They'll integrate Yuffie & Vincent into the story and NOT make them Optional! Especially Yuffie seeing how Wutai got ALOT of referencing and even "called out" in the background & main story! But I'm wonder how Cait Sith/You know who! will play like! Will we have a switch system like Cloud where he's on and off the Fat Moogle Doll! Like when he's off it he's Agile, but a Fragile Magic strong Speedster! And when he's on it, he's slow but a Mighty Glacier! Basically He can switch between being a faster Aerith or a more Magical Barret! And I would LOVE to see him invoking his "Gambler Job" functions in gameplay! No "Instant Game Over" risk like in the Original. But more Debuffs that will make you feel regret for getting them. But you can still recover your momentum with! Yuffie will likely be a speedster like Tifa but while Tifa is a Lighting Bruiser! Yuffie is alot more a Fragile Speedster befitting the representative of the Ninja Job in VII! Hope Vincent can use different gun types like in Dirge of Cerberus only done BETTER here! & Cid well in the Original he was representing the Dragoon Job but it didn't show up that much in the Original battle system! So I want to see alot of "Jump" from him in this system!)
I know they're caving into the fans who want them to drop the "extra" story stuff they did in part one like the Arbiters stuff & Momma Boy's "farsight" stuff! (I think at best they're okay with fleshing out characters and some expansive things like how many tough but normal enemies were integrated well as bosses! And the GF's have more of a connection to the Lore then just being their as Summons! Especially in regards to Shiva & Leviathan!). But I hope they don't tone those parts out completely (The Arbiters do come off as weird and "Stein's Gate" like! But I can see it fitting abit knowing what I know about the "Lifeforce" in the original. It having a will of it's own isn't that farfetch! I mean let's not forget that the WEAPONS were more focused on destroying everything Shinra related then on what Sephiroth & Jenova were doing! And I'd like to fight him more! Leave him as an end or near end boss of each part like in Part 1! but each version has a different varient of "One-Winged Angel" and along with SOME of what he used in the previous fights! Have him bring out some "new horrifying moves" in a way to show previously he WAS taking it easy on you Previously! Basically each fight is building up to the offical FINAL FIGHT with him at the end of all these's parts!). Especially after that little twist involving "you know who not dying as he was suppose to!" (along with are favorite side characters who are still alive! I'm curious about how Cloud being how he is at the start happened because well that little twist makes it confusing on HOW THAT COULD HAPPEN! It made it hard for me to even TRY romancing Aerith because of what I know! I'm saying it this way to avoid spoiling but those who know should know what I'm talking about! I'm happy because I feel more justified with my favorite "CloudxTifa" ship! But still I have to wonder how the story has been altered because of these's chain of events) and I wonder "how much of Crisis Core is canon to the story! While losing out on anything Dirge of Cerberus won't make me loss to much sleep despite some of the lore in that game's story being alright with me Such as Deepground & the Sisters! I want to know how much Lore Crisis Core had is still intact with Remake's retelling!)

@@BltzZ The Claw with Vincent makes sense! Though I wonder how his "Transformations" will work! Hopefully the Blue Magic function will be alot more useful in future parts then it was in Part 1 because I always use Vincent as my Blue Mage! Yuffie will likely be faster then Tifa to compensate the weakness! Along with abilities that may land debuffs and useful status ailments! But her Magic stat being Decent would be good! Though looking how Materia works if you put some on your weapons! She''ll be making up low damage by all the hits she can land before you even HAVE to think of dodging attacks if they make her very speedy! But yeah next to Jump I'd like Cid to have SOME abilities similar to FFXIV Dragoon....though from the jokes I heard, I hope they don't make him getting killed to make everyone better a thing! (Especially with you limited to three at a time!). Story wise I would LOVE to see Vincent's interactions with Hojo and Sephiroth (Especially the fact he IS aware of Momma boy's REAL MOTHER! I got to wonder if Sephiroth is aware of his mother! I mean he has to have known the truth of things now seeing how things are with him and how he acts in the remake because of "the twist!")
But what's your thoughts on how they'll do "Reeve/Cait Sith?
Cait sith might have two modes maybe like you said. One with the cat alone and one for the robotic based luck attacks maybe. It's going to be fun I hope they showcasing concepts soon
@@BltzZ Would fit with his character (especially with the Fortune telling LOL). But yeah I'm hoping for more on that stuff soon! (For Yuffie I remembered as I forgot like a goof that she used huge ninja stars as her main weapon! So I see her mode function being around utilizing them in different fashions that could effect how she moves and acts similar to Cloud's mode changing! Like one where she focuses on range or melee! Or it could be just a button that lets you toss the big thing as a range action! Who knows!)
I can totally see the pinwheel being a hybrid weapon too great for all forms of combat
I try to avoid OP combo’s but I want her to have Wind and Synergy Materia paired. It is so much fun to pull that off spamming Disorder with Cloud or the Focused Strike and Deadly dodge combo with Tifa. This will pressure and stagger enemies very quickly.
Good work as always! There is just one question I always have in mind that you always say summons render extra status, i.e, you said Leviathion increases magic damage, where did you get this info? I can't find it anywhere
When you equip leviathan or any other summon materia look at your stats to the left. They show you it increases magic attack by 4 and defense etc
Magic can crit , so luck up materia can boost her damage further . ATB Boost is nice too , First strike is random but combine with ATB boost and you get guaranteed 2 ATB bar at the battle start. For full nuke fury ring add 25% damage, better than 10% magic
The fury ring brings it all together
I would absolutely LOVE a co-op mode! Even if it was just for the different combat sim or VR battles. It would add so much more synergy. It would be interesting to see how the enemy AI would adapt though since they usually target whichever character that you're controlling.
Oh man this would be awesome! I'd host nightly coop live streams with you guys and we'd constantly be switching out parties to try out new builds haha. So much fun I hope they implement this for us soon!!
What would be even crazier is if people can use the same character.
Can you imagine how chaotic a 3 tifa team would be? Just knowing which tifa you re is a task in itself.
@@bjrabang3111 they could add outfits in the game that you can unlock 👀 I was really hoping this would be a feature. Even if it was just slightly different skins or hairstyle changes, it would add some much needed aesthetic customization.

Aerith can cast the portable version of the Light of Judgement.
I do this with Aerith when I wanna have fun (also made Rude easier on Hard for me) So put elemental on and also get magnify and either HP or MP absorption. I used fire on all those cause I dont like the delay on wind magic. Also equip silver staff for attack magic mp reduction. Patience with switching between Cloud and her to get her ATB up but once I did the fun begins. I casted firaga spells like they were going outta style and didnt lose too much health or MP cause I get a good portion back. And since he doesnt hit Aerith so bad (or Tifa for those who remember he has a crush on her) I didnt have to worry much!
Solid build that I'm more than sure wrecked him badly lol. Patience really is key in this game but I love how there are so many different ways to play!
@@BltzZ It makes me very excited for the other characters. Being that in real life Ima speed over strengh guy I tend to play as Tifa the most (cause making choices on the fly works for me) I still play as others for the fun of it.
Tifa makes this game feel way different than it is haha I always feel like it's a DMC or Bayonetta style game. Then when I switch back to other characters I get grounded back to reality haha..hopefully square gets us a tifa centered game!

Imagine if that fairy could change depending on elemental materia put on. Having it cast an extra magic attack would be goat. Maybe have it appear as an egi , like in ff14.
I really wish that were the case then I'd use it more! It's still not a bad skill but just not something i'd spend ATB on every encounter as arcane ward is infinitely better for everyone
I play all four characters highly aggressively, so there's something very satisfying about making Aerith hit hard. FF14 was the game that taught me that DPS-ing the bad guys, thus mitigating future damage, is just another effective form of healing. Chakra becomes the best heal on hard mode anyway.
