16's Bahamut boss fight was such a great visual spectacle.
FF16 Bahamut fight was what Ive always envisioned those fights looked like as a kid from the older games and somehow it looked better than what I imagined
FFXVI flares are so strong that destroy the bitrate of twitch and youtube
He shall destroy all that's not AV1 encoded
hehehehehe
Gotta love Crisis Core Bahamut turning the bloody moon into a Orbital Ion Cannon
Must see FFVIII Eden turning the planet into a steampunk vintage clock galaxy-bursting magic deathstar cannon
I love how Yoshi P made almost a 1 to 1 inactment of FF14 a realm reborn's cinematic trailer of Bahamuts fight with Louisoix
Crazy how we needed to wait for ff16 to have a Bahamut able to cast a flare attack as powerful as Donald Duck
Since Bahamuts base stats are far greater than Daffy Duck, his zettaflare is far superior as well
Daffy Duck is really fucking powerful then.
These people in the comments don't know the difference between Donald and Daffy
@@jflamenwhich is jarring considering one is white, the other is black, one is angry, the other is insane
Donald Killed an universal level character, Bahamut could destroy a planet, Donald is stronger
FFX's version has a special place in my heart, especially during the fights against him (i.e., Dark Bahamut and Isaaru's fight in the Bevelle labyrinth). Going from the no nonsense arms crossed pose to backflipping onto all fours, charging up the flare while that wheel between his wings goes absolutely ballistic, and then firing a beam that tears the earth asunder.
But he's way overdesigned in that game
@@kingofdragons7 He is not. That is sacrilege and I will deny it every time.
@@deathbykonami5487 he looks more like a giant robot than a dragon, sorry friend, i like my dragons scaly, simple and powerful
@@kingofdragons7 That makes no sense and is blatantly wrong.
@@deathbykonami5487 it makes perfect sense and i am completely right, i am the king of dragons after all
FFXV bahamut was something else 😮
The summon animations were literally the best thing in crisis core hahaha
Funny when we summon bahamut to defeat our surrounding enemies only to have bahamut wipe out the continent in the animations😮😅
Right lol?? We are all dead now
especially when we summon bahamut only to kill goblin…
Its called reality manipulation what happen there is just altered reality
Necessary damage for a group of goblins
FFVII Remake, FFXVI and FFVI are my favorite Bahamut designs
Strangers Of Paradise Bahamut was very cool and casted plenty of flares as well, even cooler after beating him you get a job where you can summon him and when you do you get to play as him!
I read the Dawn of the Future from FFXV years ago, Bahamut's masked was destroyed by Noctis and it is shown that his face is mixed by Noctid and Somnus features. Bahamut had always planned Somnus to be king from the start or if it was just a major coincidence that they had look alike. Nonetheless, it was clear to Noctis that Bahamut planned all of these events from the beginning.
Basically, Bahamut is the Villain all along and not Ardyn -
Exa-flare from crisis core and reunion is so damn cool.
The pixel remaster’s Megaflare is so beautiful
FF8 Bahamut design to me would still be the greatest! But my god that whole FF16 eikon fight with Bahamut is such an eye candy!
FFXV is probably my least liked rendition of Bahamut, not just because of his design (I can understand what they were going for, with the Dragon Armor idea, but this is a character that has been a Dragon in nearly every iteration that he has appeared in so why change that?) but also because in the vanilla game, you only get to call him out ONCE and it wasn't even to finish the penultimate boss of the story. And even with the DLC added in, and his new additional use, it still didn't make up for the wasted potential.
Thank God for FFXVI for giving us a great Bahamut rendition.
You forgot the Bahamut of FFXIV, and Bahamut of XV also have his own Mega Flare.
plus 13-2 had more than just gigaflare iirc
@@ARCEUS493ZELDAyeah But Bahamut has never released Zetaflare other than in ff XVI. That's more epic than any Bahamut lol
@@dragonlordplacidusax7806 indeed, only comparable to donald duck
And from the 3D version of Final Fantasy IIIand IV
While FF14 Bahamut is not shown. Personally I think he's the strongest version, he destroyed a world.
But FFXVI Bahamut would've also destroyed a world had he not interfered by Ifrit Risen
@@danieltadeushalim518 probably but FF14 Bahamut managed to do it.
@@mgsxmike he was stopped by a man who's supposed to be the body of god and his brother
@@danieltadeushalim518 right. So he's not the strongest then because he was stopped. We're talking about what actually happened and not what ifs.
@@mgsxmike he's not the strongest in the game doesn't mean that he'e not the strongest Bahamut cuz Ifrit Risen is literally stronger than Ultima Risen who literally created humanity, the eikons and the mothercrystals
Clive: dont worry theres nothing worse he can do except blow up the planet.
Joshua: what's he doing.
°Zetta Flare°
Clive: he's gonna blow up the planet.
Joshua: but i live here
well the XVI is the best animations for now.
Well it is the latest game so I’d hope so
literally cinematic gameplay , where animation and gameplay become one . A next level gaming by square enix
i wish i could experience reliving the chaotic bahamut battle against ifrit in ff xv
VIII, X, XV and XVI are my top favorites
Crisis Core Bahamut is Craaaazy!
But the FFXIV Megaflare was so epic..
No, u totally wrong dude! Bahamut XVI The most epic and spectacular, when else will Bahamut issue a zettaflare that has never existed in any final fantasy series!
@@dragonlordplacidusax7806he didnt say the most epic.. just probably wondering why its not here
@@dragonlordplacidusax7806 meh the XVI Bahamut is the worst looking one Bahamut is always my favorite but the one in XVI is a hideous grotesque thing that isn't half as cool as most Bahamut models
Megaflare was a bit meh, just a few lasers coming down on people. Gigaflare was better, lasers and explosions covering the whole arena. Exaflare was a joke, just explosions moving across the room slowly.
Now, Teraflare? THAT was a work of art.
@@SllandreBut what about Zettaflare?
You forgot megaflare cannon (enemy exclusive attack) from Exile Knight Bahamut which is us the final boss.
Yes, i count it as a Megaflare since he's a bahamut
USA : We have nuclear missiles.
JAPAN : We have Bahamut
USA: We also have Donald Duck
@@grubbyarmadillo9863 Japan: Our Bahamut can blow up the entire planet with Zettaflare, and doesn't die immediately like your pathetic Donald Duck! Bring it on!
I remember back then those ffix cinematics with bahamut, that was crazy and still a beauty to watch but a bit disappointing as a summoning
XV Bahamut doesn't count since he never casts any flare attack.
Fully agreed.
Look at Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition. It has Bahamut shooting a beam of light at the barrier surrounding the Citadel.
ikr
@takerweapon1 there's a difference between blasting a beam of light and a megaflare
Funny yet certain other older FFs under VI arent on the list as well (i know its just barely some effects but hey!! respect the 8bits generation!
You missed 12's Megaflare. The SkyFortress Bahamut can shoot devestating beam equivalent to nukes irl. And Vayne's final form, the Undying can cast MegaFlare, Terraflare. Technically, the Undying is still "Bahamut" since Vayne merges with the parts of the SkyFortress.
Great compilation and still did not include Final Fantasy III, IV, or V versions.
13:46 Era pra destruir alguns inimigos e não o mundo inteiro.
I think you should redo the video and include the Bahamut's versions from Stranger of Paradise, XI, XIV and WotV too.
and the extra attack it can do in 13-2 as there is a second version it can cast if u dont take the 2 adds out, i forget which flare it is tho
And the Bahamut variants from III, IV, and V, too!
Missing FFXIV bahamut
Let's finished to this! Final Flare flash! 2:55 - 3:00
4:18 BIG BANG FLARE ATTACK!!!
2:12 “we could all be reading a book right now”
World of FF Bahamut was funny af, bro needed anger management. Then there was 13 with the transformers Bahamut lol that was interesting. I think 9, 10 & 16 are my favorites tho
FF 7 had the best bahamut summons
One of the mightiest dragons of all times .. Bahamuth vs Nidhogg, who will win?
Kinda weird how CC s flares still look the best 17 years later (I know they are true cutscenes)
14:09 How the hell did you get the quality to be so clear and smooth? It doesn't even look that perfect when I'm actually playing the game on my 4k oled
turn off motion blur
@@PantheonContent did that
Are you playing on Performance mode? Because that can cause the resolution to lower past 1080p
@@Bloodhurl67 isn't performance mode better since it makes the game look like it's running a lot more smoothly?
@@HeWhoPwnsNoobs Try going to quality mode instead of performance, I didn't notice too much misbehavior on my first playthrough, and never once turned on performance mode.
0:34 MEGA FLARE HABOKEN!!
Bahamut from FFX in this video: *casually has 1 mil hp as do the other characters then Mega Flare hits for 23k*
Ahhh yess in FF Mega Flare is Bahamut favorite Movement
But in Kingdom Hearts Mega Flare is MF/YX favorite Movement
Where is 14 bahamuts flares?
Basically half of these summons are:
"Destroy the planet to kill a small enemy, so we can save the planet" 😂
if I have Bahamut as my Summon I feel so strong when I was a kid
Bahamut and Odin enjoyer 🎉
@theolailheugue9402 what about yojimbo?
@@nwithan12 he is good but not part of my favs
Bro, the Exaflare in PSP version look so much better than in Reunion.
So nostalgic see both bahamuths ult
I always think the ff9 bahamut look more evil than the others
14:10 one seems more evil IMO
Mother of bahamut...:O
The visual difference between FF7 VS 8 is crazy considering they were on the same platform a couple years apart.
Why not FF 3, FF 4, and FF 5? Bahamut was a summon in all three of those games? Why start with VI? Odd choice...but an interesting evolution.
Final Fantasy X's Bahamut will always be my number 1 in term of design and how badass he is. However, I wish they could've done more for his Megaflare, somehow I feel it was somewhat underwhelmed
You skipped Neo bahamut from ffvii
No he didn’t, but he DID skip Bahamut from FFIII, FFIV, and FFV
No love for FFIV?
No love for FFV?
LAZER DRAGON 😎
You miss bahamut ffxi and ffxiv
Looks like you even included Zetaflare.... all differant attacks. Not Megaflares. Should change the title to 16 flare attacks. Can't call them all megaflares
Not to be a massive nerd but this video actually missed a bahamut summon which was the one from ff4 (ff2 in america)
Why did you skip XI? Biggest eye roll. Videos available all over RUclips
Hold on, wheres XIV?
Literally the last clip? Are you high?
@@loavy4007that is XVI are you high?
@@jonnayxmxvin7328 potato potato
I was disappointed too, there’s 3 to choose from, the ARR cinematic, summoner lb3, and Coils. XIV Bahamut is really cool.
@@loavy4007cant count? 14 and 16 are the same for you?
Shermie is Power !! 1 Character took down 3 !
If I may, I would like to mention Bahamuth from the game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, I know it is a mobile game but it is still just as imposing.
Curse me kilts, that is one comprehensive comparison!
So, Crisis Core PSP Exaflare...
I take it that Bahamut is taking revenge on Eggman then
Mans Bahamut in FFX has 1 million HP and only does 23k damage?
Sure.
9 wins for the best design.
as interesting as it is... still none can outdone what one Donald Fauntleroy Duck did
Dion "The Absolute Gigachad" Lesage literally cast Zettaflare at the end tho
*Laughs in gay man Bahamut*
Donald and his discount flare that did absolutely nothing?
You should use the non remake/remaster footage no way that sfx would fly on snes
Well, duh! It's the pixel remaster, NOT the original SNES version.
@@OmegaGamer104 read the comment again
@@itsacharcoalice You didn't realize what I was getting at, you ninny! My point is that they likely chose the pixel remaster because it's the most up-to-date version of FFVI.
Bahamut from Final Fantasy Tactics (1997) is not amused.
Zettaflare is just too powerful that it is the only spells know to be able to annihilated an entire galaxy. How do i know this ? Look at ff14 ARR intro the bahamut nearly destroyed the entire civilization by using a teraflare
Donald have to sacrifice his entire MP and HP just to cast it
Bahamut have to use mothercrystal to turn into golden bahamut.
Donalds spell looks like a discount Megaflare and doesn't do anything
FF4?
Lol the heroes are standing like 10 feet from the blast they’d honestly die too
miss ff xii revenant wing
And most sidegames- Tactics, mobile games, as well as III, IV, V and XIV
The older FF bahamut is pure nostalgia whereas FF16 bahamut, although not a summon ... but the music is just epic ... it's one of if not the best OST track in FF history ...
Why did you ignored FFIII, FFIV and FFV?
Whats that ffvi version?
Final Fantasy VI: Pixel Remaster
16 is easily the best. And I’m an old FF fan.
FFIX has the best Bahamut hands down.
8, 9, and 16 are the best.
I know FFVIII isn’t a lot of people’s favorite but the GF’s are some of the best in the series when it comes to design and animations
Thank you people over look 8 just cause of the 7 craze 8 Bahamut is one of my favorites till with crisis core
@@dementedzero I prefer 8 to 7 but I think a lot of the franchise players stick closer to the first game they’ve played and with the change from Nintendo to Sony and several releases not making their way from Japan to Europe and North America in proper chronology, 7 was a starting point and it’s a fantastic game. Personally I found 6 to be my favorite ( played all but 11,14 and 16 so far ) because the villain is genuinely evil and the huge cast of characters were great to use and follow.
This was the highest point of FF16. Sadly the rest didn't manage to get to the same level. Tri-disaster was cool but an obvious failure. The fight with Ultima never reached Titan and Bahamut levels. Same for Odin.
Those fights focused more on the fighting and 1 on 1 side of things rather than high spectacle battles and for that alone I can also appreciate Ultima and Barnabas fights. They give you a little bit of everything.
FFXIV : am I joke to you ?
Where’s FFXIV Bahamut?
How come you ignored ffV Bahamut?
How about FFIV's version? Or FFIV After Years?
@@cameraredeye3115 good point!
God the soundtrack for FFVII im guessing off Steam? Its so bad. Love the vide though
If I recall correctly, it's from the initial version of FF7 PC port (1998) before the remastered one (what we have now on Steam). I played both versions, but didn't finish the 1998 port because of the bad quality. The first version used MIDI so the music sounds different (and worse) from PS1, but it's been fixed with the remaster (no mods necessary). It's an odd choice to use the 1998 port, but I guess they want to show the cutscene in 60 fps so they opt to use the 1998 port with mods
@hoshiro.exsharaen glad they fixed it. Was so disappointed in the PC FF8 cause they did Midi and it was so bad. Gladly for the PS4 remaster they used OG soundtrack
Its sad you always use cut version of FFX summons in all your summon videos.
Eee the FFX Bahamut was here
FFXIV? That's kind of a major one.
Nothing will beat X's design for me. So cool.
FF16 Bahamut is just a watered down version of FF14
12がはいってないやん
I never understood the reason behind a complete revamp of bahamut's overall look between each game! what is the harm of having just one universal look for big daddy dragon anyhow!?
Why you gotta remind me of that Awful PC Midi soundtrack for FF7...
imagine modding FF7 PC to run at 60 fps but not modding out the scummy MIDIs
ff6 best
Those ff7 midi files are so bad I had to skip them
Why did you put in 15 Bahamut? He doesn't cast flares.
Ikr? Saw giant sword man and thought "does this count? It's Bahamut but I don't think this should count"
he doesnt? tell that to FF15 royal edition
IX, World and Dissidia had the best looking Bahamuts in the whole franchise. All other (besides the first ones) are looking either mechanical or have glimmering armors.
So you just gunna ignore 16?
In traditional fashion, 13's Bahamut and Megaflare are the weakest
Game play wise it hits for the most damage in any FF game to date
@@wiseguy240Winston Does it though? When playing it, it's pretty average compared to the rest of the Eidolon finishers.
Bahamut Fury's Exaflare > Donald Ducks Zettaflare.
Base stats, son!😊
Zettaflare is the strongest Flare so you are fundamentally wrong
@@UnrealAxel27 hell no no XVI attack is on the same level as the VII Summons
the VII Summons are destroying countries or continents yet not even Ultima from XVI is destroying 2 damm islands *your assessment is what's fundamentally wrong here*
the FFXVI one is definitely more cinematic and a great boss too but that doesn't mean he has the same AP
