Of all the dates the fact that on Tifa's date Cloud initiate all the smooth moves speaks VOLUMES , since Tifa is the shy and reserved one which makes it real date scenario. The awkwardness and side eye glance😂. I really love this 2 dorks. 😊

Honestly, I'm all about Aerith. If there was a real-life version of her, she'd be my pick any day. But, gotta admit, she's got some complicated vibes going on. But Clouds conversations with Tifa are much more meaningful and deeper. She supports him on a deep emotional level. They talk about the dark times. That's why she's the endgame.

standard with Yuffie, Cloud is annoyed with his lil sister. intimate with Yuffie, Cloud is a sis con. Standard with Aerith, Cloud is a tree. Intimate with Aerith, replies her love by holding her hand. with Tifa, Cloud responses his love towards her, whether with or without a kiss.

Cloud and tifas felt more natural and made scenes more complete
These 3 dates show how different the 3 girls think of Cloud. Yuffie likes to making fun of Cloud and teases him like he's her grumpy older brother, Aerith likes Cloud's good qualities and sees him as a good warm guy but still it's just a friendly warm date, and Tifa is the REAL date.
Aerith is the REAL date. Cloud doesn't really act like "himself" at all, especially at this point of the story. He acts far more relaxed, like how he would post Dirge of Cerebrus.
It's only once Cloud finds peace with Aerith's death, which is the death of his soulmate, that he grows as a person. Even during his date with Tifa, he is still hung up on the "idea" that Aerith doesn't want him and instead wants Zack, which isn't true.
Even then, that's what motivates and leads to Cloud and Tifa being more intimate (Even in an optional scene) cause he feels Aerith is out of reach, which is why this feels optional. Cloud is way too enthusiastic later on about going on future dates and having a future with Aerith right before she sacrifices herself for Cloud in the other world.
It literally doesn't make sense narratively if Tifa's scene was canon at all. I could even see them doing an Aerith kissing scene in the next game with Cloud

I earned the hell out of that Tifa date/kiss on my blind run. Had to favor her and basically mess up some of the quests for other characters just to make sure (I was doing them all correctly before I realized they were affecting character affinity if you do them "too well")..
Actually if you let the game choose aka max all affinities with all the characters, you still get Tifa date. If it doesn´t scream CANON, plus the kiss, than I don´t know, what does😁😁😁
@@katerinakucerova2937 It was a blind run, so I didn't trust it. Aerith was getting a little too close for comfort with her date offers and "let's take a selfie" nonsense lol. I think Aerith starts out with the highest affinity in the OG FF7, so I made sure to sabotage that just in case.

Currently replaying the original Crisis Core from the PSP and it just hurts knowing what I know now. I just cant get used to the older Yuffie compared to the younger one.

After playing Crisis Core, you can really tell why she could never forget him, FFVII has the most tragic stories in their characters, but Aerith and Zack are the most unfair ones

I see it both ways , cloud and Tifa are basically two peas in a pod and they understand each other very deeply because of it . On the other hand Aerith is a breath of life for cloud , he can be childish , goofy , and express himself easier to her because she herself does so in him . Two great characters independently , and both great options for interest

For what I’ve seen, I really think Tifa and Cloud is (will be) Canon because I feel like there is more romantic vibes when Cloud is with Tifa. I’m not just talking about words but how they behave when they are around each other, you can literally see that Cloud and Tifa are being all shy (even at the end when they go seperate ways, intimate or standard) just like when you’re on a date with your crush. Cloud is always so gentle in his gesture and his body is always turned towards Tifa. Also comparing the scenes, with Tifa it’s the only one where Cloud keep looking at her repeatedly without even realising it…that’s definitely what a man in love would do. I really think gesture/actions speak more than words, as Tifa said to Cloud : not everything can be expressed by words. There is definitely a lot of chemistry between the two. Can’t wait to see more, hoping they will have their ending ❤

Notice how Aerith says that she sees "Zack" in Cloud and that's why she also asks how she's been looking for the real Cloud. In other words I interpret this is only the reason why she seems to have feelings for the "Zack" that lives in Cloud's personality. Sure Aerith also doesn't mind and still wants to enjoy this moment alone with him. The more reason her feelings may be confusing and that the real love is between Tifa and Cloud in the end. Advent Children even shows Zack being together with Aerith in the life stream.
No, at the meeting she says she wants to meet the real Cloud, at the end of the game she confesses to him and the game itself makes it very clear that she had no feelings for Cloud looks like Zack because from Marlene's quote

Lol this game isn't even close to using the potential of the hardware. In fact, it's using a very outdated version of Unreal Engine and subpar lighting & shadows. It's actually pretty low end for the PS5 graphically speaking. Other games look much better than this one.
The PS5 is also nowhere near it's end life. Literally nothing said was even close to being true...
Not end, the latter half of it's like. PS5 is gonna be around for probably another 5 or so years.

Cloud and Tifa were MEANT to be together. Cloud is the hero she had been waiting for her whole life. Aerith will always belong to Zack. That's why she fell for Cloud in the first place, because he reminded Aerith so much of Zack. That's why the very end of Advent Children is so touching because they finally get some closure to their stories and relationship. Yuffie is just adorable, but even she fell for Zack's effervescent charms (I mean, who could resist, Zack is hot af)
I remember my playthrough in the original, I got Arithe on a date. But I couldn't beat Hojo final form. So I restarted the game completely, then I got tifa. And I felt something special between the two, like two real life awkward people that can't express themselves, but care about each other. Don't get me wrong, Arithe and cloud is alright, but it doesn't come close to tifa and cloud. Just my opinion.

I am somewhere in corel region,, I finished everything (towers, springs …etc) except the battles and I realised that I have only 3 summons ifrit, shiva and chocobos how to get the others and how to proceed to other area or I should go to the gold saucer again?

I saw a comment somewhere that said “It’s always been Tifa” and due to these, I can’t help but think they are right. Even during her standard scene it felt like more than just friends.

Needs to be light blue and basically you get only a few chances to get the better answer. Side quest too help. It doesn’t need to be perfect but you do need to get 80% right answers.

A standard conclusion is made for Yuffie. It is the same as OG.
Just curious, what entails getting the standard version vs the intimate version?
Affection points. It's what you get from the dialogue choices and side quests, or choosing the matching beachwear etc. The rule that I read when I first started playing was that when this little smiley above their heads is a light blue you can get the intimate scenes. And after you finish the game, you can just choose your companion in the settings and whether you want their intimate or standard scenes.
Cloud, you must rise from being "The Rizzler" to "The Protein Man." It is your destiny. ARISE, CLOUD.

She knew that in the first game and even told him not to fall in love with her. She has no memories since her materia was wiped out and doesn't remember anything from the future. Which is why she's just having fun being with him and not keeping him at a distance.
