Thanks for the great ideas! Love your videos!!!🥰
Love these! More please!
I am glad this was helpful!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks ❤
You're welcome 😊
Meals look great and good job on the sourdough bread. I'll be feeding my starter Friday night, prep day Saturday and bake Sunday. I do 2 boules each bake.
Do you freeze one of them?
@sandysteinbrook I slice them and freeze both. First, I lay the slices on sheet pans, single layered to freeze, usually overnight, and put in freezer bags. This way, they don't stick to each other.
❤❤
Off subject but… Love you in a side part!and You need to do a makeup video! Whats that lipcolor? So pretty! 💗
Hello!! Thank you!
I had to go back and look at my lipstick. It’s NYX butter gloss in Tiramsu.
So happy you discovered fresh milled wheat and all the amazing benefits! I am a huge fan of Sue Becker from Bread Beckers and have been making her fresh milled recipes for over a year. Love all of your meal ideas!
Thanks Sandy! I’d love your sour dough recipe…I’m also milling my flour!❤
Hello! The easiest one that I have found is on Hearty Farms. So simple and no stretching. I've also been making a lot of the recipes from Felicia on Grains and Grit website. Question: where are you buying your wheat? Here is the tutorial for the sourdough bread and it turned out perfect.

@@sandysteinbrook thanks so much for your reply! I also follow Felicia, and love her easy (yeast) sandwich bread recipe! I haven’t tried making sourdough yet, so I really appreciate the easy recipe. I have purchased my wheat berries from Amazon….the companies I can think of off hand have been “Be Still Farms” and “Palouse” and “Grand Teton” all on Amazon. I like the free shipping and they are fast. Only the Palouse wasn’t organic, but it was very clean and no chemicals. I purchased a starter that I haven’t activated yet…maybe today I will! Thanks again, and I really enjoy your videos…I started back on Intermittent fasting yesterday, and treadmill walking…still pretty cold her in WV, across from Marietta Ohio!
@@sandysteinbrook one more question….her recipe calls for all purpose flour….did you use your home milled flour cup for cup with her recipe? Also, is your started from home milled wheat? Thanks again!
@@jenifergaston7226, I also ordered from Palouse for my wheat berries. Then I watched Felicia and she was talking about organic wheat berries to purchase. So I was like, hmmm.....
I do prefer to buy organic.
Thank You.
Going off topic.
I love what you did to your hair.❣️
Please share the color.
Thank you so much! I am not sure what the color is. My hair girl does my hair every 12 weeks, but I do my own roots in between because of the grey coming out. I know she uses Schwarzkopf colors, but I think what has helped the most is I started shampooing with purple shampoo and conditioner only. It's keeping my hair bright. I like the Wella brand for purple shampoo and conditioner, if you have blonde hair.
Also, to let you know, I only wash my heir 2 or 3 times a week. So it isn't purple shampoo everyday.
Thank you so much Sandy ❣️
Very much enjoyed this. The meals look wonderful. Did you do keto along with the intermittent fasting?
I did not, but I know many people have a lot of success doing that. I like eating crabs, but if I know I’m going to have pasta or pizza for dinner, I do try to keep heavy carbs during the day down.
@@sandysteinbrook Thank you for your response!
thanks for your wonderful videos! can you post your overnight oats? thanks
Yes! I will post it today or tomorrow. They are so simple to make and a powerhouse of nutrients.
Can you publish your overnight oats recipe too? Thank you!!
Yes! I will put that up today or tomorrow. They are really easy to make and then covers our protein, healthy carbs and fats for a balanced meal to begin the day.
Thanks for sharing this with us Sandy! Unfortunately my intermittent fasting did not work for me. Still the same weight. However, I also learned about the freshly milled nutrients and do grind my own flour. But I have yet to find a good sourdough starter recipe with freshly milled grains. Do you mind sharing how you did your starter? Thanks ☺️💖
Hello! It took me minute to figure out how to make the starter because I was watching too many different people. Then I found this guy on YT that made it simple. The great thing is after you have it, you'll have it for years. I leave it in the fridge for weeks at a time and dont touch it and after I feed it, it reactivates and ready to use. Amazing stuff.

@@sandysteinbrookThats fantastic, thanks Sandy!! I've started it now, wish me luck 😅 ..
Wow, I didn't know you need to mix things up. I fasted from 7pm-11am for 6 months straight. I lost 20 lbs then started to Plateau and gave up and went back to eating normal hours and putv10 lbs back on. I need to do it again and I'll take your advice and mix it up. I thought consistency was the important part.
I did too!, until I learned differently from Dr. Mindy. Here is a video I did on my biggest IF mistakes, and biggest tips.

Try it again....you know that it works for you. This time mix it up.
Just wondering was the pizza homemade? It looked so good.
Yes, it is homemade! We love to make homemade pizzas.
Sandy, do you still promote the, tea, ACV, honey and lemon at night?
Yes, I do. I think the ingredients are so healthy for the body. I make it sometimes and drink when I am breaking my fast instead. I drink it at least 3 times a week still. I made that video before I started intermittent fasting. The key to it now is to consume during your eating window. If you drink it at night, have it after your evening meal. The apple cider vinegar will start working to lower your blood sugar overnight after eating a meal.
Can you explain when you show the food if it's low carb or high carb please. This is my first day and I am lost 🤦♀️
It's hard to get started. I know the frustration of trying to figure it out. I read the book "Fast. Eat. Repeat.". It was so helpful and I finally understood how to do intermittent fasting, and the weight started coming off.
@@sandysteinbrook thank you so very much! Have a beautiful evening!
Can you link to your sourdough recipe?
Hi, Debbie! This is definitely the easiest recipe that I found. It does not involve all the stretching that other recipes show. I need to stick with simple, but good!
