    great video 😍 I liked the point you made later in the video while showing the snacks and saying that maybe you ate a big lunch and you don't need to eat a snack. So true - I think a lot of us (me included) tend to eat just because it's a certain time of the day or a habit and we are not even hungry!

    • @cudgee7144
      @cudgee7144 10 месяцев назад +2

      @cyclingonplants7444 You are so 💯% correct. As a society we have become programmed to eat by the time on the clock or when we think we're hungry. Snacking has become the norm because of the cravings we get from consuming sugar and processed junk. Get those out of your diet and the craving will stop. There is a massive difference between blood sugar spikes and crashes and being genuinely hungry.

      Are you doing a clean fast? Until I started doing a clean fast, I did not lose weight either. A clean fast is just water, black coffee or green or black tea with no additives at all.
      Another thought is your body got so used to it that your metabolism wasn’t working. What if you tried a different approach for a bit. Start eating at 8am, 12, and 6pm. If you do a perfect plate with half the plate as vegetables, you’ll be around 500 calories per plate and it will help you lose weight. Make sure you have some healthy fat to keep you feeling full.

      I have celiac - einkorn WILL NOT work. It may be an ancient wheat but it’s still wheat. I actually have a bad reaction to most grains. I can eat rice but don’t care for rice flour breads. I have actually found that the GF keto breads are the best for me and are the most like regular bread. My very favorite is the gluten free Carbonaut bread. Also, look up Victorias Keto Kitchen flour blend. I make biscuits with this blend that my whole family LOVES, and no one knows it’s GF. (Or low carb for that matter)

      Fermented foods are Great! So good for the gut. Many times I will have a bowl of plain greek yogurt or add sauerkraut to the side of my salads. I bet you do feel a lot better my cutting out the sugar from desserts and the eating between meals. We all get a sugar spike when we eat and if eating between meals, our body never has time to settle down, its always trying to process the food. That is why I also use Intermittent Fasting in my life. I am not as regiment as I used to be because now I am maintaining the weight I am at instead of trying to loose. But IF is what got the initial weight off of me.
