Like everyone else, I think the new drone footage is extra fantastic! The new image quality is really good and even with the wind the drone stays really steady. 🥰The sheep number isn’t too important I think. More is nice but the different perspectives and the smooth movements are what makes the footage so interesting, as it is a very big contrast to the down in the car footage with you. It is wonderful to see the paddocks and how you and Typo move the sheep through them. ❤
Also, love the Australian culture talk too. It is always fun to learn more about another country, especially since it is another facet of your personality. 👍❤

I’m an Aussie but ironically followed Sandi first. But so cool to see how us Aussies do it- this is the imagery we grow up with (or at least I did, on the local tv stations that had rural/regional updates for the farmers and such).

Yes. You are the perfect host. I live up in northern NSW. Lismore to be exact. We get a lot of schoolies travelling down to Byron Bay or up to the Gold Coast. I work in Ballina and this time of year seeing all the young ones trying to be extra bogan is kinda funny.

❤ Hi, your drone footage is really good. 👉 If i recall correctly, in one of your videos you may be concerned about exposing your location, so try not fly it too high in the sky. The higher you go, people on the internet may be able to look at maps etc and do some detective work. Also regarding the recorded drone video file, use your mouse and right click on the property button on the video and delete or clear any location taggin, meta tagging, geo location info. Some drones automatically populate and embed this information into the drone videos. This may prevent some of the 'computer people' from finding out location. (Yes, its possible even on RUclips and few other platforms) On a side note, this family lives by New York City, USA, we do not often get to see these beautiful landscapes/farms (padocks, if I spelled it correctly) Thank you for sharing your adventures and teaching us the ways of your daily activities. You relationships with Slug and Typo are hilarious. 😂and always bring a smile to our faces. We especially think its funny when you are talking to Typo in the car and he's just sits and ignores you staring out the window of the car. 😂 I have some humans that do that to me too, lol. Thanks for all the hard work you do. For sure one day you will have over a million subscribers! Just keep on doing what you are doing. 😄from 🇺🇲👍

I'm so impressed with how OP Slug is at dealing with sheep! I'm so used to indoor dogs that don't have jobs, but it seems like she's a really important member of the team!
Like... how would anyone do this without a dog? Bycycles? Motorcycles? Would drones even work as well, even with tracking and long batteries?😆
No push bikes in the paddock the grass will get in the tyres and you wouldn't go very far 😂 A lot of people use motorbikes, in the real outback they just helicopters, horses, motorbikes and dogs.
We’ve done quick patches with two people serving as sheep dogs. I’ve seen documentaries about that being more common in some countries.
I like the drone, as long as it knows who's boss and doesn't think it's a sheep.
Might need to watch it to make sure it doesn't want to go for a drink in the dam!

It was a very random day for summer! I was shocked that the drone held up so well in the wind. I remember I used the old one in the wind once and it flew into the stock crate 😂

You can also use the drone when it's on but not flying as a fancy-pants stabilized camera.

Watching you driving through fields honking at sheep is my favorite thing. It reminds me of my dad with his NYC road rage combined with the farmers in Kansas (where I grew up) driving slow past fields to check their crops.

There are drones being used instead of dogs in NZ 👍 not sure what farms but its definitely a thing. Unless it rains heavy then dogs are still needed, so typos safe 😂

Another fine vlog with drone footage. The vastness of the farm/ranch can only be seen from the air. Your mileage could be counted like some count steps. Slug is the best. I love how you comment, and it fits her look! You know your Typo. More culture please.

I’m in Deni and we definitely didn’t get more than 300mm, it fell very unevenly, the most I know of was 230mm on the north side of town, it was pretty hectic at our place, I had about a inch flowing through the shed @ 4:30am
I just started watching your longer videos after finding your shorts and I definitely thought you had two identical dogs named Typo and Slug. I see now they are one in the same :D

I love you down to earth perspective, especially showing fly strike. Should show some body strike to prove its not just dirty bums. I just love the new generation of treatment. When I stated on my farm we inherited a small flock of merinoXpoll dorsets, big stubborn stupid sheep. Hated fly strike . It used to take a week at least the get rid of the stench of rotten flesh and flystrike powder even though I always wore gloves.
We haven’t had any body strike yet this year. I’ll be sure to show it when we do. We’ve had a couple of really wet days and humid ones so I imagine I’ll be busy with it this week.

Yeah I was reading an article about livestock prices looks like very tough time's for livestock farmers but hang in there crazy low prices can only last so long.
They seem to be recovering a little now, we have a truck going tomorrow which was a contract.
