Blooming myrtle trees in historic Charleston, South Carolina (Fujifilm X-T4/18-55mm kit lens)

  • It's no secret the coastal city of Charleston, South Carolina is a beautiful historic destination. Even while summer weather brings uncomfortable temperatures and humidity, the blossoming crepe myrtle trees make it worth a walk or bicycle ride around town. In the South, "crepe" is preferred, but "crape" is accepted!
    All except. couple of scenes were shot with my Fujifilm X-T4 at 60 fps and the 18-55mm f/2.8-4 "kit lens" zoom - a mix of handheld and on a Zhiyun Weebill Lab gimbal. I used my iPhone 12 Pro to film while riding a bicycle for a sequence.

    Inspiring video and great choice of peaceful music. It's a good idea to show some movements in slow motion (as you do) to infuse the sense of relaxation. Subscribed.
