At the streetspeed717 callout event I got a chance to run it back against Stangmode. Although the hellcat is still stock powertrain, it got a little tire upgrade thanks to Tunnel Chaser lending me his Dodge Demon factory wheels and tires.

Yeah im aware, my gts a manual. You feel more empowered over the car and its funner. But on these newer cars auto is the way to go now. Faster, aint gotta worry about blowing your tranny or wasting your clutch

Oh bet you have your factory clutch. I have a centerforce 1000hp clutch with a aluminum flywheel. I would recommend this to you if your clutch goes out. This clutch set up will allow you to go thru your rpm's quicker way quicker

Be sure to share your slips if you don't mind. I was at Lebanon Valley Dragway in NY this past Sunday in frigid weather. My ET suffered do to terrible traction with stock P-Zero all season tires. MPH was still respectable however. 4th pass of day ran 12.113 @ 122.22mph. (1/8mile only 94.69mph) and 5th pass of day ran 12.129 @ 123.38mph. (1/8 mile only 96.33mph). Came out of hole like leaving a stop light. Spun hard 3500rpm and up 1st and 2nd gear. First 3 passes would hit rev limiter in top of 2nd, so adjusted shift light so would shift 2nd to 3rd at 5600rpm. My 2nd and third passes were 12.54 @ 121.47mph & 12.548 @ 121.52mph. Runs all with traction control on except the 12.548 run with it in track mode. I did a rolling burnout with traction control fully off, no water and then staged with traction control fully on. Only have Legmaker intake and a diff brace. All stock and first time at strip until next year. Enjoyed your content. We should be able to get 11.2-11.4 with street tires in perfect conditions. DR's will make much better. Demons were running and were only posting 10.3 to 10.5 @ 133mph or so with stock DR's.

Launch at 5500. And hold your gears longer up to 6 to 7 rpm before shifting and you'll be able to smoke that stang. Try it. You'll love it. Awesome out come. 👍😁

He put over two cars on you out the whole . How I got good on launching a my car atleast once or twice every day on different types of streets , bridges . If you get good on the street the track is a cake walk . I would look into a smaller shifter . Find a buddy that lives near you that will race you atleast once a week . You can have all the hp in the world and still lose to a stock car . But great video. Keep practicing.

Congrats on your 60,000 Subs it's always amazing for me to watch a stick shift car try to compete with a quick shifting 8 or 10 speed automatic seems like every time you shift you were losing a fender but you really haven't did any real performance mods! I think you're going to have to start because those Mustang boys are going to be turning bolts all winter

I think automatic is better due to not having to shift so fast.seems like the hellcat is faster it’s just the shifting that made it fall back

The hellcat needs no lift shift like the newer camaros,corvettes and 2019 Bullitt when done right no lift shift is almost as quick as an auto but yeah them new 10spds are crazy no manual will beat the speed that thing can shift at

Your shifting is fast but it doesn't sound like you are power shifting. Are you keeping the gas flat to the floor when you are shifting gears or are you letting off? For the best ET you have to keep the pedal down when you shift. When you let off the gas you are losing momentum.

3 things for easy power. Supercharger/procharger/turbo, fuel pump, tune. Not for reliability tho.
