First, great video! Love the insight on the Rosh supercharger and how you presented it. I also really appreciate a Mopar dude respecting THE Mustang. True American muscle enthusiast do that. Even though we talk trash on the other, we respect each other. I had a basic 2018 GT, was in an accident and now I just bought the 2022 Premium Mustang with the GT performance package. I was debating on the Rosh stage 3 supercharger. Now to start putting away $10K so the boss lady doesn't find out.
This is where people that don’t know what there looking at when buying a car get screwed. This car is a GT mustang built by a ford dealer with some roush parts it’s not a real roush.

this is a 17 gt and still under warranty, it has to be a phase 1 670 hp package, 710 hp is on the 18 and newer gt. There is also a phase 2 727 hp upgrade for the 2015 to 17 gt's. The phase 2 is the one to get, it's crazy fast.
There's no replacing a manual. It's such a visceral feel. The car and you are one. You won't get that from a automatic. The only good things about automatic is that you can over rev the engine, miss a shift and the shifts are quicker. Steph the Mickey Thompson street comps are great but I suggest you get the ET S/S because you can use them both on the street and strip. The probably are stickier than the street comps. Which in your case will help with traction.
These are nice because of the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty on the 2018's and 2019's but You can get a 2018 LFP 800 with 800 crank HP and a 3 year 36,000 miles warranty $41,000.
The old Roush were ok and way better than stock, but these new Roush are really the way to go! No mark up like the GT350 and 500 have, and our the gate 707 hp! Steph thank you brother for your content and your the way you are to everyone!! You are the man!!

I like the idea of getting the Roush supercharger put on a base model GT, with one exception: The leather seats, how can one enjoy a GT with a supercharged V8 and NOT have leather seats? I guess they could be installed aftermarket but it's quite a bit more expensive that way..ever tried to sell factory cloth seats? I did..let's just say my living room furniture looks very un-usual:)
Not everybody likes leather seats. Cold when it´s cold outside, sweaty when its hot - and always having the impression like sitting on a plastic bag. I hate it. I own a 2020 Stang, and one of main reasons for that is that it was available with alcantara seats.

I have a 2011 stage 3 roush e85 6.9 boost pulley 6 speed hearse , long pipes aftermarket injectors custom tuned, seems to do pretty good I know there's always something out there faster but it does okay for me 🙏✝️
The pistons in the 5.0 are not forged stock only the crank and rods. Most people blow their engines up because they think it can take big power stock for a long time it can’t. The only enigma that come full forged stock are hellcats , zo6, zr1 , gt500, 350, zl1. I worked for a performance shop trust me.
Belafonte Belafonte you make any amount of power you want their are guys with stingrays , 5.0’s and scats that make 800hp some get lucky some don’t but they don’t show you 5-6 months later when it blow up and cracks a piston. The pistons in the 5.0 are the same as in a lt hyperutech not forged. You want long term reliable power that you can push hard and beat on not shift term.
Michael Trower no the boss rods are powered forged not true forged the same as what’s in the lt1. The pistons in the boss are forged Manley rods how ever plus the car in the video Nina not a boss so the only thing forged in his engine is the crank.

I have one a 17 roush and it ripps! I will say if you gave it a really hard time every time you drove it the box would probably blow! But its a street car i take Care of it! Every time i go out i will give it a rip but the rest of the time just Cruze! Put it this way alot say their crap but they obviously have never owed or driven one! It fries tyres in first and 2nd like the road is wet it has gobs and gobs of power! The gearbox in mine holds the power with no issue at all but i dont constantly thrash the life out of it over and over! The engine oil is clear as water and the engine is quiet has no ticks or rattles! You need to remember its got a full warranty so they cant make it savage like a whipple will give ! Mine does 3.8 to 60 as well thats fast but i have 20 inch by 12 inch rears for traction! And i only drive it on occasion! Mine is a year old only 3000miles! Ive herd the 18 and up have alot of issues i would not recommend the 18 and up until 2020 when they fix all the little issues! But the roush is a solid fast car with heaps of torque and tuff and strong if you look after it! Change oil ever 2.5k miles and not thrash the life out of it! But if you thrash any car every time you drive it its going to break! If you want a car you can constantly thrash you need to get an engine built for it! People buy production cars or modded cars and expect it to be a racing machine that you can destroy tyres constantly and its going to hold up! These cars can be driven hard but they need to be highly cared for as well and that means not driven hard constantly and serviced regularly and regular oil changes!! The 15 to 17 coyote is a masterpiece honestly! Its true i have one! It revs freely and loves it and it holds alot of power safely!! If their is a weakness its the box but only if you thrash the life out of it! For cruzing and the odd thrash its magnificent! Its a street car not a track or drag car! You need to spend lots of money 100 to 200k dollars for a true race car drag car not 60k! What do people expect for 60k seriously! In fact a roush is an absolute bargin my 17 keeps up with a new zl1! Cmon how is that not a bargin!

Was a Chevy guy til I bought a 99 mustang GT then bought a 2014 5.0 trust me you'll love the stangs and I test drove all three the mustang was the lightest on turns and take off

Mustang feels more like a sports car the charger or the Challenger feel to heavy not even considered a sports car. When I was looking at those vehicles and I made my decision and it'll buying a Mustang because of the feel and the weight.

You need to Find a Stock 85 and 87 Stang...... the 85 is carb., and the 87 is fuel injected without mass air...... Both 302s' !!!!

He spent almost 50k on the Roush! I have a 19 Stage 3 Whipple 5.0 and only cost me 39995 and mine came over 800hp. I think I got the better deal lol.

America’s Sports Car I agree with you if you track the car but in the streets I haven’t found a gt350 that could even keep up never mind give me a good race. I drive i true stage 3 roush pushing 700hp the 526hp the Shelby put out isn’t fast enough for a street race.
