If issues continue, proceed to reverse all the stuff you did prior then update windows (if you have one available), restart computer, etc. Note: You will need to redo this when you update windows. Yeah, well acting like it’s user error is wrong. At least look into it. I know it isn’t hard to rip off the 30 other videos of people doing it. But the reason it turns red and they get an error is because of secure boot not allowing uncertified stuff to run on your computer. Did everything in your video and it turned red. Smh.

Waiua minute, PS4 controller with Bluetooth has less than 3ms delay? What Bluetooth receiver are you using. In my case the delay is far greater than that, and I was actually using USB cable connection instead (which I haven't actually done, because I hate cables), because I thought wired connection would have no delay.

However, whenever I am playing fast pace games, i.e. Fortnite, I would suddenly lose the connection and it was attributed to a loose connection from the micro usb to the back of the PS4 controller. Ever since I started using pre-wired controller, this loose connection has been resolved. I would like to try to use the PS4 controller again with the wire but have you experience an issues with wire even with the slightly pull or tug of the wire?
@@vincentkong07029 Yes actually! The ps4 connection is super super tricky. If you move ever so slightly, it will disconnect and you'll have to fidget with it a bit for it to connect again. It is a pain, but its better than nothing haha
Hi! I make it work by disabling microsoft signature confirmation, but when I restart with normal confirmation the device appears red on hidusbf. Do I need to keep permanently disabled the signature confirmation to make it work? It seems risky
If you actually test with xinputtest_portable_v1.0.0.2 you will find hidusbf for most controllers actually makes no difference to response times and actually makes jitter a lot worse. Do not recommend.

i solved my problem, i had delay because there was a Windows 10 update available to download, after downloaded and installed my controller come back to normal speed.

I recently built a AMD PC and then bought the AX210NGW M.2 card with 2 antennas (not the pcie crap) and I was surprised that my launch 2013 DS4 v1 is still fully functional and getting around 3.7 ms input delay. The bluetooth inside AX210 is amazing glad I bought this card it fully revived my DS4 controller. While I'm pretty content with 3.7 ms, I will probably be referring to this video once I get an xbox one controller.

You definitely have input delay if you haven’t overclocked. I have no idea how you play tourneys with it lol. I have no idea tho tbh if this will work for your specific controller. I use a PS4 controller. I’m not sure about all these newer controllers that are out. You could always try and see but I have no guarantee.

nope! This will not help at all. If you are wireless you are already at the lowest delay. My guess is you have other issues that have nothing to do with your controller. choppy fps, high delay monitor, vsync enabled, etc.

All these functions will only create an extra load on the bluetooth adapter, after which it may simply fail. And you will get a long input lag of 1000 polls.

Possibly but sometimes you just need to go into safe mode to fix it, from what others have said. Check out the pinned comment thread. There is a video link for how to do safe mode. Should fix your problem!
If you had the red error and never could figure it out. You have to disable SECURE BOOT in advanced options on your PC. ruclips.net/video/brXcxmdWU9Q/видео.html then after redownload the driver software and it should work.
Ok, so i play brawlhalla with a razer wolverine v2 and i have to say right now that THIS WORKED SOOO GOOD. OMFG!!! dude, ive had some kind of wierd latency for the past 3 years and could never figure it out. I tried vpn's and bought fiber internet(fios), my computer is top notch and i could not get rid of the lag to save my life. Its like a hot knife through butter. I was hovering at high platinum and this got me to diamond. For all the controller users out there who play fighters, the razer wolverine v2 is hands down the most responsive controller. I had 2 xbox 1 elite controllers and the wolverine puts them to shame. But after overclocking it, i really do feel like god mode. Im not going to lie. Im also using wtfast, the vpn. I was about to use my last resort and just learn keyboard. I tried, and it felt so alien i knew it was going to be a long brutal process to switch from controller. But i know the keyboard doesnt have any ghosting, for some reason. I didnt think it was possible to remove the controller ghosting issues. This puts controllers on par with keyboards. Game changer.
my controller said 1000 and 1 prior to me following the instructions, although it did not say yes for the filter category. how does it confirm that it worked when you replug the controller in and it says yes 1000 and 1?? just curious.....
@@yayel4355 that means you changed the wrong usb port. all you have to do is reverse what you did and put it back to 250 probably instead of 1000. Make sure that when you change it, that you change the proper thing, the controller.

this method is NOT for bluetooth connection. It is wired, as mentioned in the video. If you want it to be connected to bluetooth, you either need a bluetooth capable motherboard, or buy an adapter from amazon for $10-20. I have one linked in the description. Undo everything you did, and grab one for ease of use

You aren’t supposed to use this with an adapter. This is wired only. Which is stated in the video

Nope! Just after every windows update. It will only work with that specific controller in that specific USB port.
so when i filter on device it switches me xbox one controller to xbox 360 and my input delay stays at 7ms

If it’s disabled I would imagine that it wouldn’t work. You may want to try safe mode!

Possibly but sometimes you just need to go into safe mode to fix it, from what others have said. Check out the pinned comment thread. There is a video link for how to do safe mode. Should fix your problem!

Ok, so i play brawlhalla with a razer wolverine v2 and i have to say right now that THIS WORKED SOOO GOOD. OMFG!!! dude, ive had some kind of wierd latency for the past 3 years and could never figure it out. I tried vpn's and bought fiber internet(fios), my computer is top notch and i could not get rid of the lag to save my life. I saw your video yesterday and i was hopeful but i just knew it wouldnt do anyth8ng because ive tried everything and nothings worked. BUT THIS WORKED! The lag is gone. Its like a hot knife through butter. I was hovering at high platinum and this got me to diamond. For all the controller users out there who play fighters, the razer wolverine v2 is hands down the most responsive controller. I had 2 xbox 1 elite controllers and the wolverine puts them to shame. But after overclocking it, i really do feel like god mode. Im not going to lie. Im also using wtfast, the vpn. Maybe its because ive been playing with input delay for 3 years, but its insane how good it feels. DUDE THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES FOR THIS VIDEO!!!!!!
I was about to use my last resort and just learn keyboard. I tried, and it felt so alien i knew it was going to be a long brutal process to switch from controller. But i know the keyboard doesnt have any ghosting, for some reason. I didnt think it was possible to remove the controller ghosting issues. This puts controllers on par with keyboards. Game changer.

Followed every step I keep getting weird long ass error message when trying to put the filter on Yes. On PC using Dualshock 4, no work.

For my Xbox controller, when I plug it back in, it appears red, and in my device manager it informs me there's an issue

my controller said 1000 and 1 prior to me following the instructions, although it did not say yes for the filter category. how does it confirm that it worked when you replug the controller in and it says yes 1000 and 1?? just curious.....
For anyone who's controller isn't working anymore just uninstall the drivers and restart your pc it'll work again

@@yayel4355 that means you changed the wrong usb port. all you have to do is reverse what you did and put it back to 250 probably instead of 1000. Make sure that when you change it, that you change the proper thing, the controller.

So I am using a PS4 controller and using DS4WIndows, and when I did everything in the video, my controller completely disappeared from the list on the setup screen. Now it won't register at all with my games. Is there a fix for this?
thats really odd. I've never experienced that before. I have a FAQ in my pinned comments thread but this hasnt come up yet. Make sure in the drop down menu it says "ALL" at the top left
@@CalzoneOP I figured it out. I just ended up deleting the whole file and then disconnecting and reconnecting my controller. Then it started working again.

you definitely do not need to keep it running. I would keep it on your computer for when windows updates, you may need to do it again. Completely up to you!

It works if you connect it with a wire. If you play wirelessly, just use an adapter and do not use this method

i tried it with xbox elite one but when i select filter on device then an error pops off after that when i click on yes i can ticck filter on device. After that when i've changed the selected rate to 1000 i install the service and when i unplug the controller and plug it back on then my filter is yes rate 1000 BUT my blnterval is nothing theres just nothing and i can't use the controller except i put the settings back to default
and btw the green bar turns red after i re-plug

this method is NOT for bluetooth connection. It is wired, as mentioned in the video.
If you want it to be connected to bluetooth, you either need a bluetooth capable motherboard, or buy an adapter from amazon for $10-20. I have one linked in the description.
