a short video but extremely informative, love it. Also I've been using a USB cable on my Xbox controller for 5 years and it's doing just fine, no need for paying for batteries anymore 😄
Do you mean with Remote Play? Remote Play Delay is very high overall; the controller will kinda match to that if you have a good connection; Bluetooth Delay by default to my PC was 5ms on avg.

Funny. I don't know who to believe. I watched another video just before, and it said that Bluetooth had 3 times less delay than wire, and recommended that we use Bluetooth at all costs
Hi, this video didn't consider all types of input lag, it's a bit incorrect in some parts, but based on the latest updates and accurate tests I made, BT for DS is about 3ms faster than cable, but for dual sense Edge USB is the fastest way (1000Hz polling rate)

Edge for many games and in 60Hz mode DualSense typically has lower delay but in 120Hz Edge, in some games, USB is faster and in some other BT, it all depends on the game, the fastest one I've ever tested is Rainbow six with Vsync off in 120Hz mode.

I dont have a capture card yet so im trying to understand. Because if you have to run the PS5 through the capture card before you see the image that means you'll always be at a 7ms disadvantage over your competition, that's a horrible idea if you want to compete online.

Hi, please refer to the latest video for this test: ruclips.net/video/hSgz8o_aS5Q/видео.html And based on our test in BO6, the Type-C USB 3 front port was faster than the top one, haven't tested back ports yet.
Hi, all ports support max polling rate, 250Hz for DS and 1000Hz for Edge, even the Type-A front port, so no. but I've seen lower input lag in some games due to using a USB 3 port, but the polling rate still was high.
So the delay might be just barely noticeable because humans cant notice just a couple ms difference. Read somewhere it's 13ms and higher people can notice
Most people can't notice under 30-40ms from my experience I asked people to guess which is faster, yet some people think 1ms matters to them and they can notice, IDK how they can.

Hi, I connect the controller to PC and console at the same time, recording on 120FPS mode in specific games, and then counting the frames from when a button is pressed until the action is taken, then doing calculations, it's reliable on knowing the difference between each method rather than being exactly accurate from PS5, this video also has some missing information as I didn't have the tools I have now, my newer videos are more accurate.

Does overclocking a gamepad affect durability?
I haven't studied on this topic yet!
Wow! Wired only for me from now on
Yes, it's faster overall.
this was on pc wasn’t it i thought it was tested on console
It is on console.
does ps5 wifi connection network affect Bluetooth controller connection method or usb method or both i didnt get it right
Hi, Depending on where you are in the room and what else you have, it might so, but typically, it should be fine.
Bro i have ps4 fat 1200 series, if i replace my default with internal ssd will it improve FPS , i am currently facing LAG in new games
Hi, no, it will only improves loading a little, it's better to replace thermal paste if you haven't in a long time
@@DanielZH bro my ps4 is perfect, no heating issue nofan noise just facing the FPS DROPAGE most of the time, should i still replace my thermal paste?
I would say it's better to do at least once per 2 years if you don't play much then once per 3 years at very least
But drop frame might be from a faulty sector in HDD, try rebuilding database and see if that helps
did you use a usb-c to usb-c cable? or a usb-c to usb-a cable?
Hi, I tried both, same results.
@@DanielZH ay thanks for the fast reply! i will try it tomorrow morning! :D
Bluetooth 11 ms
Wire 1, just 1 ms
save 4 minutes 40 sec thanks meeee now
Well, I was mistaken, only tested Idle, in-game input delay is different, + Edge is 1ms in idle, but DS is 4ms with USB, BT is better for DS, you can check newer videos on this topic depending on the game: ruclips.net/p/PLfzrQ3H5ECSbtNfbSDgDDP4Y9zLuwDvUw
Which port gives you less input lag
As far as I tested there's no difference.
But the back port does heat up right
@@noahtjuh604 a little more yes, but cables are stronger than that.
whats a good adapter to game with
I didn't understand, btw Based on the latest test DS is better with BT overall (due to a higher polling rate) and Edge is better with USB.
Blurtooth 5.3 work for dualsense ?
I tested 5.1 on my PC, it should work though.
@@DanielZH When opening programs such as dsx or ds4 to play games, some buttons do not work, such as spider man, unable to swing through webs, but when opening the program, play normally.
Usb connection is faster or type c with ps5?
Looking for the same answer
Both the same.
What USB C Cable is that in the beginning?
The one that comes with the controller?
@@DanielZH It is? Damn i've gotta track mine down. Thanks for the answer
@@Xenoforge78 Yeah no problem
Does it help have less delay and be more good at the game like fortnite
Hi, this video isn't accurate, it didn't have 1 important part, for Fortnite, the best is using BT for DualSense and if you have DualSense Edge, use USB Cable.
@@DanielZH like a adapter
Do you know what video waiting for?
What? I didn't understand...
@@DanielZH we are waiting for the rainbow six video
@@hp1799 Oh yes, tonight I release a concept Edge Video, after that it's part 2 for games like Rainbow, etc.
4:01 🤪🤪🤪 everyone says different regard wired or not. I heard somewhere that Bluetooth has 800hz polling rate where wired is 250hz 😮💨😮💨😮💨
Hi, this video isn't very correct, it's a bit old, BT can go on avg +700, USB is locked to 250Hz, however for Edge it's stable on 1000Hz, the video I uploaded tonight for COD also covers the Polling Rate tests.
try with an Cabo USB 4.0 240 W 40 Gbps Tipo-C to Tipo-C
😲
Not coming here to hate I came here to either have my theory proven or debunked. I’ve watched your vids tried it out, and when I have my controller connected via usb my latency is 42-45 on average when I use Bluetooth I get 20-22. So is latency just completely different than input lag or am I just misunderstanding the whole concept? Would love some feedback hope everyone who sees this has a great day/night😊
Less delay usb or type c ?
Type-C and Back port = least delay.
Ps5 slim duelsense controller the usb cable is usb c to usb c i have a another usb cable usbc to usb a but one to stick the usb to back port which one Will you recommend
hi my friend, with season3 on warzone with the pulse the footsteps seem to disappear when other sounds overlap.
i'm trying mix boost bass but with old equalizer.
could you do some tests? you are the best
Hi Thanks! I'm updating the game and will test it soon!
@@DanielZH only you can help us with pulse.
I told you my opinion on the mixes and that is, I don't like it with a soundbar, a worse TV and now with headphone boost it seems much better.
hope you find a solution with the right EQs 🔥
What best connection for pc?
Hi, typically USB
Cable is better than Bluetooth...
Hi, in most cases, yes.
@@DanielZH ok, I understand, thanks
Cable is for Ps2 not Ps5
Okay, so I need to buy $250 Pro controller 🤦♂️
Dual Sense Edge is Actually good with low delay, but don't bother if you play story games; most of them have huge input lag, if you play MP games, then do it! ruclips.net/video/mYij_-KgUuA/видео.html
this also applies to DS4?
No, DS4 has higher lag with cable, just make sure your phone or router isn't close to the console or the controller, wi-fi can affect it.
What a load of waffle to get yo the point
And wait, this video is not 100% accurate, I made an update on this when I got new tools.
