There's a setting in the settings profile to turn the Bluetooth talk time down to 1ms. You can try that. Or try that and running DS4 as admin. If the problem continues you may just need to run one of your controllers plugged in.
Following this guide can help, playing with a cable rather than bluetooth can also help. You can also disable DS4 Windows getting info from the controller like battery level in the profile settings on the last tab. Which will also decrease the lag from using it.

I connect via bluetooth and it cuts my FPS in half and inputs are delayed by 10+ seconds. This video didn't help and the other people saying to overclock it or use a different app also don't help. Ig I'll be back when I do find a fix.
Just walk me through the steps you've taken on here. As best you can. The process is pretty straight forward. But if you're not very technical it can be a little confusing. The process goes like this: 1) You need to download DS4 Windows from the site I linked. 2) You MIGHT also need the .net Framework. This is a background software that people design software on top of. Like building a house on top of a big slab of concrete. Its the building blocks that makes it easier to develop things. Its available here: dotnet.microsoft.com/download You want version 5.0. You can download the x64 version on the left side of the screen. you want the "Runtime" version. 3) Once you have .NET installed. And DS4 Windows downloaded. It comes in a .ZIP file. Which is like stuffing all your luggage in a suitcase to travel with. You need to unpack it before you can use it. Just unzip it into a folder of the same name when you right click on it. If you dont have a program that can open it, you can find and download 7zip. Its free. 4) With the software unzipped, you can now open the folder, and inside you will find the program itself. Double click it to run it. 5) With the software open. It should prompt you to install any remaining software in a little pop up box. Do so. You should only need to install the first step software. The rest is optional. 6) With everything installed, plug in your controller. It should show up in the software. If it doesnt. Make sure in the lower right hand corner the button doesnt say "Start". If it does. CLick it. That says that DS4 is currently running and not paused. 7) If your controller shows up, you should be good to go. You can customize the keybindings as shown in another guide, or just leave it as default and start playing your games.
Just drag the folder onto your desktop. or right click it and either pin it to your taskbar, or create shortcut. Then place that shortcut on your desktop.

@@ChupacabraTutorials I don't know how to explain it but can you add me on discord so i can explain
ok I got it working now how do i put ds4 on my desktop so i can easily access it
Just walk me through the steps you've taken on here. As best you can. The process is pretty straight forward. But if you're not very technical it can be a little confusing.
The process goes like this:
1) You need to download DS4 Windows from the site I linked.
OMFGG IT FIXED MY DUMB ASS DINT PUT MY ANTENAS ON MY WOFI CARD IM PISSES
I read about the enable output data to ds4 and unchecked that box a few days ago but i also saw the BT poll rate and thought higher was better so i changed it from 250 to 1000. I thought it was like DPI on a mouse. Anyways my controller has been wigging out on me occasionally the last couple days and i'm trying to figure out whats causing it. I'll have to change that setting to 1ms tomorrow and see if it works properly again.
??
I dont even know where to get to where u are..
I'm getting fps drops when I use ds4
i dont have that option in my settings, using up to date software etc my settings just dont include that option, smh lol
