Spanian, you need to visit the city of Charleroi, seen by many as Europe's ugliest city (Disputedly), and by far the most hood city in Belgium (Disputedly). It'll be cool if you could walk in the industral areas and surrounding housing.
Charleroi the ugliest city, people are weird, lot of abandonned buldings,..I agree but it is pretty safe compared to some others places in Belgium: hoods in Brussels(Cité modèle, Cité les Marolles, Old Molenbeek, Brussels-Chapelle, Annessens,..) or Borgerhout in Antwerpen.

What I saw in this video is basically how typical European (big city) suburb looks like, as soon as you move away from the city centre, only more run down and dirty. Spain, France, Germany, Italy... all the same, concrete blocks from the 80's. Eastern Europe, even more concrete blocks. The only reason you're so shocked by it is because you haven't seen/experienced it before. I had the same "shock" when I visited Australia (coming from Europe) and saw all the "flat" Australian suburbs full of houses with front/back yard, maximum height being double storey houses. While I do like to watch your "in da hood" videos, there's one very big and very important component missing in all of them. Interaction with people, showing and experiencing the hood culture. Showing run down architecture and mostly empty streets covered with garbage doesn't necessarily mean it's a "hood" or "dangerous".
I though that too at the start of this series and still kind of think that is the way to go but I guess what he likes is it to be from his perspective and going in there naive to the places and just giving his first and genuine impression

It's also good you started the video in the Diagonal Mar area, where you said it looks like Miami. Seeing this is so funny to me. There's empty/run-down places like this everwhere, obviously, but its funny to see places that seem familiar being described as the "hood." If you want to actually witness horrible, horrible living conditions go to Las Asperones in Málaga. This is the first one I can think of as it is close to where I work, but there's patches like that everywhere in the south of Spain. Although I wouldn't call Los Asperones a hood, just a clear example of neglect taken to the max.
you the man brother much love!
Watchin ya while waiting 4 down graded Jasper to make landfall here in Cairns,,this series 😢you do is flippin mind blowing yet intriguing at the same time, it’s mad ya show the good parts the tourist parts & now the slum parts 1 of the shops you showed with the gates looked a bit like Airds shop you went to a few months back, anyway kool episode

Can’t wait for these in South American hoods 😮😅
As a person from nyc and lives in the bronx, this hood is nothing like the hood in the bronx or nyc
hi mom im on youtube, sad you didn't go there at night but hey, glad you got to see the most ghetto part of barcelona
Its a mad day when we get two hits of Spanian ❤ living for the daily vlogs! 🫶🙌
It's like a post zombie apocalypse city, without the overgrowth.
Next please:
Philadelphia
Inala
Logan/Woodridge
Skid Row
Baltimore
Bro keep doing what your doing. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 from 🇬🇧🇪🇸
Spanos never disappoints 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Best series on RUclips brother 🙌
This felt like a playground compared to Athens or Bucharest. Please, visit some of Stockholm's dangerous neighborhoods then. e.g. Alby, Norsborg, Fittja, Vårberg, Rinkeby etc
It’s not a competition. Get a grip.
Rinkeby for sure
@@Skinna12373let guy suggest things why you mad
the shops are shut cuz of siesta mate, La mina isnt a 'hood' just a low income area. its perfectly safe. lived here 6 years....
I’ve stayed in a air b&b and the princess hotel. Were Spanian is located is literally 5mins away from it I’ve never once felt intimidated while here lol
That intro 🔥 🔥 🔥
The thing is that La Mina is in the city of Badalona. Not actually within the city limits of Barcelona. Making Raval technically still the worst part of Barcelona. Sorry I’m an urban planning major. 😂
Not Badalona but San Adrián.
@@paulinarodriguez6846 Yeah your right, I always forget Sant Adrià de Besòs is its own municipality, its own city. What a ghetto industrial ugly city.
another banger spanian
u gotta come see Derry N.Ireland were alot of the troubles happened..love the channel..x
Man,you have been to several places in Portugal and you said yourself how much you loved Lisbon. I would love watching the Into the hood series in Portugal though. In Lisbon I recommend you to google for Cova da Moura, Chelas and Bairro Portugal Novo. Outside Lisbon, definitely google for Bairro da Jamaica in Seixal and Bairro da Bela Vista in Setúbal. Both are in cities close to Lisbon and you will be mesmerised for how and it looks for European standards. Big hug from Portugal!
I like that use public transport to get to the hoods as this is often how you would sense the decline in neighbourhoods.
Your best try on speaking Spanish was the best hahaha hilarious hehehe. Tks 4 making me laugh and not being judgemental/biased 😊
Love us some into the hood 💯
Another great video. - great damn beatz, reminds me of the time when I used to breakdance, däämmnnnn 😂 I love your content, keep it up……..brother 👊full of suppooorrttt
Always look forward to these. Seriously though looks like Disneyland compared to Vancouver or Kensington Philadelphia.
Look up "La Cañada Real" or "Son Banya" or "El Vacie" and compare it to Vancouver
Interesting episode of into the hood spanian going into the bronx of Barcelona spain la mina
Man never forgets where he comes from and that’s what most people forget when they start receiving fame, Spanian has a respectable ego while being humble at the same time with his origins, King shit and real man shit!
I used to live there in the beginning of the pandemic. We had like 4 occupied apartments just in our stairs.
