@@jshaw4757 too many symptoms to list, and treatment is not so simple. If you spend a lot of time in wooded areas, I would suggest learning more about it. That’s how it happened, not taking it seriously from the start. Hope this helps

Wallaces place of birth was either Elerslie in Ayrshire or Elderslie of Paisley. Because both were part of the same area essentially at the time (Lanark was the capital of this area which is why he moved here) and are spelled so similarly they are still unsure. Most tend to lean with Elderslie in Paisley where there is a monument to commemorate where they think his family dwelling would have stood if so. Not sure if you’ve left but would recommend. Wallaces actions sparked the uprising of the lowlands but the highlands had already began to rebel under another great hero but often forgotten Andrew De Murray. Murray and Wallace joined forces & each led a section of the army at Stirling. Murray would have been given guardianship of Scotland like Wallace had he survived but he died from wounds sustained after. I was born in Paisley and moved to Australia in 1989 to Adelaide but now live in Tassie. Also, I noticed you mentioned Colin McRae but I can’t remember if you’d mentioned that he was from Lanark. Used to see him driving his cars around and I saw his helicopter the day he crashed but that wasn’t an unusual sight in the town at that time.

Great bit of history telling bud. William Wallace was born in a Town called Elderslie near Paisley and was taught in Paisley Abbey. Now Paisley is right next to Glasgow Airport. I was born in Paisley and moved to Australia in 1989 to Adelaide but now live in Tassie. I love how you have taken to your Scottish roots and proud of them just like me I may have lived in Australia longer than Scotland i love Australia, but Scotland will always be home for me.
There's a little monument in Elderslie which claims to be his birthplace and has a reconstruction of the foundations of his house.
