The 90s were crazy as there was barely a computer,mobiles were new and expensive so it was all analogue,you had to do actual work to do crime or make money,it didn't come from the internet or videos,pagers were the dealers tool of choice in the mid late 80s then phones at best in the very late 80s but more early 90s if you had money,phones cost heaps back then but you could do business anywhere anytime and there wasn't the technology to track them and people were more anonymous.Hardly any CCTV too.Diffrent world
