  • The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend. He alleges she went into his bank account after they broke up and used his money to pay her credit card. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant insists this was money she was owed after paying for her ex’s car repairs and other things. She’s countersuing for money still owed and defamation.

Everything is auto pay because I don't like to spend my free time talking to strangers, people. My banking I've learned to check now. Since my account was hacked and I barely made the deadline think 60 days or 120 to file dispute.

She knew exactly what was happening. She just hoped he would continue to be clueless enough about his own finances to not notice it. Which was absurd on her part, because if he ever did, she would be liable for every cent. So why take that risk, especially if it doesn’t seem that she’s hurting for money. And when she lied about the paper statements, and Judge Milian showed those were actual mailed statements, it revealed that she was duplicitous in her intent. That speaks volumes about her character. She is sneaky & conniving, and tries to hide behind her “clueless” act, but she’s really a snake. Kudos to him for moving on, and hopefully he actually pays attention from now on about his own finances.

Exactly. She could have change the payment method with the credit card company and it would have been done. She knew where the money was coming from. She should be locked up for acting dumb

My bank also said that I had to close my Checking account and open a new one in order to get rid of a person that was on the account, that you just can’t eliminate them from the account, you have to start over on your own. They won’t help you any other way.

A thief has the nerve ro ask for more money because he called her a thief. The nerve. He should be more careful, but that doesn't change the fact of what she is, a thief. If she has the opportunity to steal, she will steal other people's money.

I used to work in collections and then oversought the account openings of many branches at a bank. It's true. You can't remove someone unless there is a death. If she was the primary on the account and he was the second name, then for sure she could have asked for e- statements and he would have never had a statement mailed to him
