Don’t you all find it strange that she hired him, he had been working for her over a year, comes across as completely disabled (that was the first time the plaintiff saw her walk without assistance & walk normal), asks him to help her with errands & stuff around the house because she claimed she was completely disabled, her some wouldn’t help her out & asked the plaintiff to board her dog several times? She constantly was complaining how she couldn’t take care of the dog & was getting in debt & couldn’t afford to pay him & her friends didn’t want to keep giving her the money like in the past so she comes up with this idea of he tried to steal my dog. She has scammed so many people out of so much money. Why do you think she has had to move so many times in just a few years? She doesn’t pay her rent. She doesn’t pay her dog walkers. -I’m so glad she kept her beautiful dog. Its disgusting that this happens all the time. Whats even harder is how this guy and his family nearly used her illness and weakened state to try to get their way. Everyone needs a Betty to stand up against them! When Judge Milian finished ruling, she didn’t even look at Josh….I think she is just sick and tired of people doing this to dog owners.
    - Again, I’m so glad he and his manipulative mama didn’t get their way. 😡😡😡 haha take your stupid $200, not getting the dog! “It’s Lori’s dog!”- Betty. Hey Josh, just a quick question for you…. How about Lori’s best interest?
Have you ever wondered how other judges would have articulated everything and how they would have ruled. Based on that promissory note, they would have ruled the same, but how would they have articulated how dog-knapping really does happen. Absolutely love Judge Milian.

And then, suddenly the dog runs away.....there was another pet care case. The defendant was creepy, some kind of little goth girl with no empathy. The pet died in her care. I think it jumped out a window and the owners came back to find it dead in a bush? And the creepy lady was saying that it ran away and she never looked in the bush for it? I don't know, the kid seems a bit... off. This is why we have Contracts and 2 Copy Receipt Books. Spends a few minutes reading about drafting simple contracts and a few dollars on a receipt book and save your self a whole load of headache in the future.

What it sounds like is that the plaintiff has tried this before where he watches someone's dog and tries to convince the owner of giving up their dog.
If you like dogs so much, why not, oh idk GET A DOG! 😐

Bc Josh and his female are local degenerates in the community. His dad sued the bagel shop he worked at because they wouldn’t let him sit on a stool while working.

Ripping of a what ????? That is not a kid that is a grown man and a creep at that trying to keep the poor woman’s dog . I wouldn’t hire him to watch a fish 😒 Clearly this guy should not be a dog sitter if as the mom says he constantly wants his client’s dogs . He seems to be immature and lacks boundaries. Thank God she did get her dog back

I worked as a dog groomer for years, and many times the owners would either want to 'gift" me the dog, aka drop the dog off and never return OR if the dog loved me and was happy to see me often the owner got jealous. If you are pet professional the dogs often build a relationship with you as a groomer/dog walker which is a good thing. Some dogs can have the wrong owner, someone who doesn't meet their needs. Sometimes a new home is a good thing but there are CLEAR boundaries as a pet professional that should be observed.
