Even after everything she had been through she said after she got custody again, temporarily, her mother said “we’ll be a family” and there wouldn’t be any more custody battles.

I have been having difficulties in my marriage. A marriage of 10 years is about to end and I don’t want her to leave because I love her so much and she is the mother of my kids.

Imagine charging for watching your OWN grandchildren??!! Unbelievable. I have never, not even once. That's my blood and my heart. That "grandmother" is a horrible person.

Honestly that is some grandparents my mom wants me to pay her for a McDonald's Happy meal for her grandchildren it's narcissistic. One time she bought my oldest a hamburger from McDonald's when he was 2 and she made me write her a check for $2.25 because she needed her spending money for a vacation that was coming up

Never in a million years would I think grandparents would expect their children to repay them for spending time and doing things for their grandkids!? Being repaid for being "amazing grandparents"!? 😂Yeah, right! Yes, ma'am, you're certainly amazing, amazingly horrible!

The plaintiff is EVIL and a SCAMMER! she states she is clean, BUT wants to open a liquor store?

My mom has damn near raised my nephews and she couldn't even FATHOM the idea of suing my brother or his girlfriend for the money she's spent. They have a bedroom in her house and my older nephew will sometimes go there and stay for an entire week at a time. She's never filed for custody or assistance and, no, she's not rolling in money. She just loves being a grandmother and she loves my brother and the mother of his kids. If you love family, money doesn't matter, you just make it work. This plaintiff sees her daughter and grandchildren in terms of money. It's awful.

Wow... I could never let my kids be gone so long. I would have to take out a payday loan if nothing else so I could come get them.

Sounds like grandma kept the kids and had the daughter sign papers so she could file them on her taxes.
Edit: also, she took her shoes off in the courtroom like she was going to fight her own daughter? I'd never speak to her again.

Seeing the daughter cry actually made me cry. That was real pain. Some people are so evil. She doesn’t even need her mother in her life. That’s crazy.

Ain’t no way I’d ever trust a parent who had me in the system since 5! Sending your kids with her for a “vacation” and they don’t come back for months. Ain’t no way. I think it all boils down to getting $ for the children.
