    There is nothing like real Durban curry dishes and you have hit the nail on the head. I just love love love your recipes and can't wait to try them out. I have tried a few and they are delicious. Thank you. How would the potato curry and green beans recipe taste if I replaced the potato with sweet potato ( I am diabetic and have been told that sweet potatoes are more acceptable for diabetics). Also you talk about Sour herb or Sorrel in one of your recipes. i have been keeping my eyes open for this herb but have not come across it in the greengrocers. I have been especially looking at Food lovers but no luck. I am now thinking that I should grow it in my garden then I will have instant supply. Thank you again for your lovely programme put together by a very talented team, Solina and Shivayah. Have you published any books yet and if so please could we have details. Thank you.

    Noticed you use red onion in your dishes. Is it better?

    • @PerimasKitchen
      @PerimasKitchen  3 года назад +1

      Hi Tyrin, I actually don’t mind red or white. I generally use red onions in my fresh salads & salsa’s etc & white in my cooking or whatever might be available at the time of cooking, I’m not too fussy. Red is slightly sweeter though. Hope that helps. Happy cooking Tyrin ❤️ Love Solina
