You don't show up with a face full of caked on makeup, you sweat through the burn with us and you're rosey cheeked just like the rest of us by the end of it. -You actually do the workout with us. You don't act like this is so simple for you, and you do these workout 12x a day. I know I appreciate it when I take a break to catch my breath and see that you're pushing through too. -You seem genuine. I think that you are upgrading your workouts every time! The workouts are based on moves which needs strength, but doable for more and more groups and types of people in different stages of condition. Hi Heather I did this work yesterday but due to my osteoporosis I had to do some modifications especially when it came to the sprints and any jumping. I will definitely do the workout again and use the 10 minute ab workout onto that. I always look through the workout before I do it and you make it look so easy. 🌺

Here's what's good about Heather...You don't have many transitions within each exercise set. I'm not a coordinated dancer and some trainers got me killing my back tryin to figure out how to even do the moves. Correct form is key for me+ I get a great workout all-the-time!
What I love about Heather is that the workouts are complete and the flow is superb. The moves are simple enough to the done, but challenging at the same time. A guaranteed sweat every single time. Heather is the best trainer I have ever had ❤️❤️❤️

It was on fire!!! I alternated between 10/15 db sets and a single 25 kb. Active cal 250 and I was sweating! Thank you Heather!
