I love mochi! It's the texture that makes me really love it. I had never even thought about making my own mochi ice cream and always resorted to just buying the frozen packages since I thought it would be tedious to make it at home. But after seeing how easy and simple it is to make, I'm going to try to make my own :)

OMG!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for this recipe! I've seen this at the market but kinda expensive so haven't bought it yet. I visit Talin Market in Albuquerque NM when I visit but I buy the Mochi with the sweet bean paste inside, love love love. I finally bought the rice flour and the bean paste but haven't made it yet, I think I was intimidated. I am definitely going to make these this weekend and make the sweet bean paste too...Your baby is soooooooooooo Cute!
