Oh my god, i love your tutorial. No too much excess corn starch, no plastic wrap, not too much dishes to clean, no cutter, and beautiful clean shape. Thank you so much! 💕

I wasn't sure why he kept saying starch when he sprinkled it onto the workspace, but now I see that it isn't glutinous rice flour. The ingredients listed above do not indicate starch, either.). Thank you for the clarification.

So glad this doesn’t use a steamer or microwave because I don’t have either. I have always loved eating Mochi/Daifuku and I should really learn to make it because homemade/bakery stuff is waaayyy better than store bought! Thanks for the great tutorial!

I followed the recipe to the T and let me tell you, it came out perfect!!! OMG Thank you soooo much for actually teaching how to make a video without microwave or fancy equipment, especially for a poor person like me living in NYC with barely space to lay out ingredients. It was super easy and the tips given actually worked. My mochis were beautiful! I can't wait to try to make them with chocolate inside and maybe flavoring the dough with chocolate. Hmmm, the entire process made it a doable thing for me to make. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

This video should have so much more like. The tips were awesome especially the one where you mention how the mochi dough should be when ready. I tried it after watching and it came out so well after the first trial itself. I didn't use the same filling as shown. Instead I used Nutella which I kept in the fridge hours before use. The shape at the end did not come out perfect but I liked the fact that it was manageable to put the filling in the dough.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
