the red bean thing is interesting to me, I have had red bean mochi and red bean fish waffle. Obviously not the same red bean we're used to here in America, and our sweets are super sweet to begin with.

Taiwanese sweets are not often flavored with these spices😂 I think the rich spices and unique taste are the characteristics of Indian food, Taiwan can also learn and apply in Taiwan cuisine👍

煮滾的麥芽糖溫度非常高,真的非常不建議用塑膠容器盛裝,會溶出很多化學物質,尤其塑化劑,那種有點軟軟的塑膠容器,就是加入塑化劑去調節軟硬程度的
看起來很多燙的東西
結果都是用塑膠容器裝
真的 用塑膠的勺子去撈煮滾的麥芽糖看了都傻眼😅😅😅 吃是安心幸福的享受😅😅😅
我建議你出錢讓他們換所有的容器
我不清楚麥芽溫度多高,會接觸到高溫的食品容器大概都是用PP,耐熱大概都在110~120,如果沒超過就還好。

The mochi skin made by mixing rice and maltose can be more elastic, and it will not harden when stored in the refrigerator!👍
