- Good evening everyone, hope you're all well.
Here is my video from the 'Great Western Christmas Envoy' steam tour.
The tour was operated by Saphos Trains and the journey was from Crewe Station to Bristol Temple Meads and then back to Crewe.
The locomotive hauling the train turned out to be BR 70000 Britannia which was brilliant as i'd not seen this loco before. She is a great looking loco and provided a very smooth journey throughout.
Unfortunately i didn't get much footage of her actually in motion but utilised the station stops to get some shots whilst she was at a standstill and taking on water. I did get some of the loco departing Bristol after dropping us off and also final departure from Crewe at the end of the day which was cool.

I heard that if you strap a camera to a chicken's head, they act as a natural stabilizer. Food for thought.

Video is badly out of focus in places...you need to edit!
