Hey guys, tinnitus sufferer here just to let you know that it gets better with time. When I first got it it honestly broke me.. no one would understand no matter how you describe it.
I had it for years now (caused from a motorcycle) and it's gotten a lot better now! I actually ride motorcycles again with proper protection and its amazing to live my life again. Tell yourself everyday that you will adjust and overcome because you 100% will get through this, I promise 👍

I need to read this message each and every day. I have had it since February after a severe storm in my country. Buzzing in my ear and after that very loud metallic sounds that become even louder when I am under stress - and when there are no sounds - as at night. However, even the sound of a clock on the wall is nice - I hate the silence because that is when my tinnitus is worse.

I think if helps to know exactly why it started. I have had episodes after rock concerts but never lasted more than 1 night.. I think I ended il with long term tinnitus from taking too much oxtocic pain medicine such as ibuprofen and Tylenol when I had a really bad toothache. This sucks.

This worked so well for me. I have horrible tinnitus that has been bothering me for months, and this gave me a few moments of near silence for the first time since it started. It started slowly coming back after a couple of minutes but it is still quieter and reduced from where it was before I found this video, and I am so grateful for those few moments of silence. I’ve almost forgotten what true silence is like and I am so thankful for this video

When I first had this noise in my head I knew that I couldnt go on with life. I was so felt so alone with it no one understood and no one could help and there is no cure. But... thanks to people putting helpful things on you tube like this I have learned to cope and even sometimes forget about it. Investigate to see what helps you with your symptoms, IT WILL GET EASIER.

    Been listening this for the last two months every day every night;
Works for 2/3 min ( I can sleep sometimes )
    Doctor says is stress....
Sometimes when I’m really calm goes away, but my anxiety makes it worse I guess.
    Meditation helps
Ginkobiloba seems to help ( can’t really feel it )
    Running helps
    Play classic music and
    White noise

Try different ones every day. This way your brain doesn’t make it a bad experience. I’ve suffered with it for forty years. It comes and goes but it has affected my hearing. Unfortunately the tinnitus fluctuates on a daily basis that I’m unable to ware hearing aids. It’s the Pitts. Oh well I try different tones, hisses, peeps, masking at different frequencies and decibles. It works well for awhile.

I promise if this works I will upload a video of me crying in relief and share this video everywhere I can. Ill be one of those annoying people who talk about it to strangers. I honestly don't know if I got it or if I was born with it. Talking to me about silence is like talking to a color blind person about color. I know what volume reduction is like. I know what it means to enter a room with no appliances or people. But I honestly cant think of a moment in my life when I didn't have ringing. The first tone this video made was exactly what I hear nonstop. Oh god please work video please work.

To those of you that feel the need to bash the publisher, why? He's trying to help. I'm desperate to end the 24/7 ringing in my ears. The only thing this is costing me is the 11:30 I spent listening to this. I didn't have to drive to and pay an audiologist or doctor to have him/her tell me there's nothing they can do. "It's just part of the aging process." Did this help me? No. Guaranteed? No one can guarantee anything but you should already know that when you hit the play button. I will continue to research and try free RUclips videos in the hopes that something will finally work.

I've recently had tinnitus due to fluid in my middle ear. This alongside medication has given me relief. Have only listened for 2 days now morning noon and night and although it's not totally gone it's getting quieter, not as high pitched and more easier to manage. I'm hoping it disappears once my ear gets rid of what it needs to. (Possibly wishful thinking!) Thank you for making this!

This actually works, not 100% but magnitudes better - I don't know yet if the effect wears off over time but it did stay overnight NOTE: you do need to work through a number of different videos and find the right tone combinmation that works for you, some will be totally at the wrong frequency and do absolutely nothing. Physical massaging may also work depending on you problem (search for other videos). I think my problem started as a sinus problem and turned into a brain problem (which where the tones come in).

Hunter has all the answers Seriously? That's your response too everything I said?: You got me on the "relief" word. But If you cared to be honest, you would say " Temporary masking of tinnitus problems if your tinnitus sounds like the one that I have a remedy for. No guarantees" Does that seem a bit more honest? Or maybe you can come up with a better title.

How often and how long? It helps while listening but then comes back.

Della Hendrickson listen to it twice a day for a month or maybe longer. If you have had tinnitus for years, more than likely relief will not be instant

I had for T for 2 weeks now i found temporary relief with this. Should I listen to it on a daily basis or can this potentially make it worse in the long run? how was your experience @@dellahendrickson3353

v s I stopped listening to it long ago, just got bored. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that my tinnitus got a lot better, I don’t hear it all the time, only at night and not too loud. I am not sure what helped, maybe a few things. I also meditate regularly in the morning and massage my face on the sides and the back of the head. Maybe it was all of the above. Look up tinnitus relief other then this noise method. Good luck. 🤓

My right ear started ringing a week in a half ago. I contacted my doctor and she referred me to ear, nose specialist. I have some minor hearing loss in my right ear. Dr. prescribed prednisone. So far it's not working. Next step is a steroid shot in the ear drum.

Same happened to me 3 years ago. Steroids and steroid shot on the ear drum and so on. Nothing changed. Hearing lost on 1 ear is like 90 % and tinnitus very bad.
