    So glad I found this. I've been dealing with terrible tinnitus for a few weeks now due to an untreated infection and the fact that I'm in the Industrial Heating and Cooling field and this honestly just gave me a boost to focus back in on life for a day. Anyone recommend listening to this at night while trying to go to sleep? I haven't had a good nights sleep in over a month. Prayers to those who have experienced this for years. This has been absolutely debilitating for me lately.

      I've had tinnitus much of my life. Only about 15 years ago it went completely overboard on me. I'm living on sound therapy now. Loading 5' 38 projectiles in cannons destroyed me, having no ear protection back in 69-72. Vietnam Era. This is one of my favorite maskers . Bad days are really bad.

    I have had tinnitus ever since I took a flight 7 years ago when I had severe congestion. Nothing has helped much but cost me plenty in medical bills. I think acceptance is possibly the best approach as resistance towards what will be is likely to only worsen our experience and life. The temporary relief from these recording is pleasing and I ALWAYS go to sleep with some recording playing to take my mind and thinking away from the tinnitus.

      tinnitus is a symptom not a condition, to alleviate your tinnitus you need to find the root of the problem, unfortunately, tinnitus can be caused by many things including high blood pressure, liver problems,high cholesterol, cardiac problems, a tired central nervous system or even a simple lack of vitamins, a plan to improve one's health that includes several factors is the best way to alleviate tinnitus, detox, change of diet, fortify your body

      Jesus said, "I impregnated , my mom, so I could grow up and commit suicide, but I had to because being all knowing I created this guy name Satan, and I give him all kinds of power and knowledge then I put him in the garden with two people I had just created not knowing right from wrong or good or evil with an enchanted tree that would give them that knowledge and told them it's wrong to eat from it, (they didn't have a clue) So when Satan got them to eat from it ( I knew he would) I stood by and watched and made sure that this sin was passed on to all generations because I had created this torture chamber (Let's call it hell) that I could throw people into it and watch them burn, (I just can’t help myself), So because I am all powerful and all knowing I did these things, I had to make sure that I was beaten and spit on so I could commit suicide by cop cause it was all a setup in the Garden in the first place ... Don't believe me? you just gotta have faith It’s one hell of a plan"

    This hellps a bit, turns my tinittus into a low pitch sound that is easier to ignore, but my tinittus is almost gone completely, i started to take better care of my kidneys and liver, as the cholesterol levels went down and my filtration improved, the ringing in my ears went lower and lower, i changed to a heathier diet and also followed a detox program, seeing great improvements,accupuncture has also helped

      Carlos Imperial so happy for you - gives all of us hope! Will try a healthier diet and acupuncture - where did they treat you with the acupunture?

    • @carlosimperial1
      @carlosimperial1 7 лет назад +6

      in my hometown but i saw a couple of acupuncturists before i found one that explained to me thoroughly what he thought was causing the ringing and how the treatment was going to help me. in chinese medicine, they relate tinnitus with liver, spleen, heart and kidney malfunction, when i went to have my medical check up it turned out that my liver was producing more cholesterol than it should, my kidney filtration was a bit low as well, so i guess this acupuncturist had given me the right diagnosis, also, i learned that when you don't drink enough water, your blood may become thicker or dirty with toxins that do not get flushed out of the body, this may cause blockage in the arteries and veins, when this happens close to the ear it may cause the ringing in the ears as well, if you are going to see an acupuncturist i would recommend to read about traditional chinese medicine and acupuncture and their approach on how they treat tinnitus and find then find an acupuncturists that knows such approach, the one i'm seeing also gave me some chinese herbs to drink as tea which is supposed to help you cleanse the toxins out, so it is a combination of acupuncture and drinking the tea and following a healthy diet with plenty of water, i've included drinking chlorophyll and noni juice. so far, i'm seeing results...or hearing them lol it did take me about 3 weeks to start noticing a difference and i want to see if i can get rid of the ringing completely but at least i can have my life back and function normally, the ringing is still there but it has decreased by a lot in volume, if anything it has become a higher pitch at times but its volume is quite low i can easily ignore it, but like i said, i want to continue my treatment to see if i can get rid of it one hundred percent, if you have not suffered from physical damage to your ears i would recommend to try acupuncture with someone who knows how to treat tinnitus and follow a detox program, good luck and i hope it makes a positive difference in your life

    • @carlosimperial1

      @Ashleigh Kay it did improve, i t never went away completely but most of the time it remains at a level i can easily ignore, one key point is to keep taking care of yourself in order to keep the tinnitus away, i always use ear protection, when i started having problems with tinnitus i thought it was because of the loud music, i went to a couple of ear doctors and they found nothing wrong with my ears, as a matter of fact i have better hearing than the average person according to their tests, good luck with your treatment, tinnitus can be caused by many different things from high cholesterol and kidney problems to high blood pressure or poor circulation as well as a tired nervous system so do not give up and give time to your body to heal, patience and consistency are key.

    Interesting reading the comments
    I’ve had tinnitus as long as i can remember. It sometimes gets much louder briefly before settling back to its usual volume.
    But I really don’t take any notice of it, though it becomes noticeable as soon as I do focus on it! Doesn’t everything!
    So don’t fight it, just try your best to accept that it’s there. I actually focus on my tones (I have 3) to meditate, works well for me 🙂🙏

    Hello everybody, I have tinnitus for more than 50 years. I have to live with it. There is no cure as of now just ways to lower the sound. Lower the stress, learn to breathe well, put good music when I want to sleep. I also have "hyperacousie" which is a french word for sensitivity to noise like sirens or plane or whatever. This sensitivity to noise in my case is more bothering than the tinnitus itself. God bless you all.

      I've had low level tinnitus for years, but in the last several weeks it's gotten much worse. Most of the time I hardly notice it. The anxiety it can cause is the real issue for me, especially at night. I agree that finding coping strategies is the best way to deal with it. I'm also increasing my water intake during the day to see if that helps.

    Tinnitus will drive you batty if you focus on it. Try to get out of your head and stay positive. If you haven't found Julian Cowan Hill, please take a look at his RUclips videos. Also, relax and do slow yoga, get a massage, try chiropractic if you think your neck is the problem. There is hope. All of us looking down at mobile devices and computers all these years have caused forward head posture which traps the nerves and is a big causes of tinnitus. I have had mine for over a year with periods where it is hardly noticeable - like after I've been on vacation for a week! Be well, all.

    pt4 - In the past month, I started to get it at home also. They put some sort of device on the power line where they installed fiber optic cable last year in preparation for bringing 5G to my neighborhood also. My neighbor behind me said that right after they placed the apparatus on the line, she and her husband developed tinnitus and have never had it before!!! She had no idea that it could be linked to RF signals. Only around 10% of people have noticeable symptoms, but I believe many have no clue and don’t realize that the symptoms they are having - tinnitus, heart palpitations, raised blood sugar and on and on…ARE LINKED TO RF SIGNALS!!! Hey, but we gotta have FAST, RELIABLE, AND COMPLETE COVERAGE, don’t we???? I rest my case.

    • @deannazimmerman4532
      @deannazimmerman4532 7 лет назад +2

      There has never been a reason not to use headphones or earbuds. The issue has always been how LOUD the volume is. If it's too loud, you risk damaging your ears. And the damage can be done even without headphones.
      So please stop being afraid of something that is harmless when used responsibly. And only YOUR ears can decide how loud or soft the sound should be for YOUR ears. But my suggestion, since you are afraid, is to turn the volume down so you can barely hear what you want to listen to, and then turn it up a notch or two.
      Good luck.
