Hoping also that my constant listening to this God would use it again to remove my tinnitus completely. God have mercy on all people who have tinnitus. You will get through this. Find ways to change your nervous system to the parasympathetic State. (Cold showers, calming music) As you do this your brain will see that the ringing isn't a threat and it can begin to stop noticing it. From there it will become softer to the point that you won't hear it. It's not easy

    people, i come to you as a tinnitus sufferer among millions out there. Once you believe tinnitus will run your daily life ad worry, you are in trouble and noise will even magnify in your brain because you are sending negative signals mentally. train your thoughts to the other way and have firm conviction and belief. you will feel better instantly. not trying to preach here of be biblical but i go back to the verse where jesus says, can you add one minute to your life by worrying? in many cases, you will lose minute or more because of the worries that can lead to stress and more mental breakdown. Everyday, tell yourself "I am bigger than you, you little tinnitus! I am stronger than you because I was here before you and you can't bring me down!" Even more, God is million times bigger than you and he is with me. I have a loving daughter (if you have child) and a wife (if married), and I won't let you come between our happiness! Time heals are wounds and pains and you are just a little bump in the road where I can easily roll over!" What can't kill me makes me stronger!" Repeat this much as you can daily and God bless!

Waterfloss, Violins, deep and high mixed sounds are important to hear and blind tinnitus... In Germany there's a good and new treatment to heal part of it. I've heard many foreigners come to there to be treated... But I've found a good result for me with hypnosis against tinnitus, look for some here at RUclips...good luck 🌷

    i have ongoing tinnitus for almost 2 months now. it was a disaster, panic attacks, lack of sleep, i tried to get rid of this, but nothing worked. i improved my diet, quit smoking, started to exercise more, tried to focus on my work. the tinnitus is still there, but generally, i feel better than before its onset. do not give up, the power of habituation is unbelievable. tinnitus might not disappear quickly but you will certainly feel better, just accept it. good luck

      Since 25 January 2011, that was the day life changed forever, waking up with it after having it low level on/off for a couple of weeks due to using a grinder without ear protection, of course the doctors say not but what do they know? Exercise sometimes helps so does cleaning my ears in the shower water and my sonic tooth brush rubbed over my jaw, up face to below my ear. Constantly monitoring the situation, like asking to leave the building before fire test day and carrying ear plugs, walking around with Peltor X5A's. Your wanna know what miserable is, wait til you've got it forever and people around you know nothing about the sleepless nights, the jogs from loud sounds, horns in the street with some dude beeping his mate. You'll miss the bird sounds out your window in the morning. When the end comes there will be rest, I just hope I can hear it, the silence for just a few seconds

    I'm only 12, but whenever I go to school, I'm trying to focus on my work, but the noise in my left ear sometimes both won't stop. I try block my ears or anything that will stop the noise. I told my teachers about it, so whenever I'm in class, to help me focus, I listen to this or just calming music/white sound to help me focus more. I've had it for a few weeks now. It's so stressful and I'm still young, the 1st time I heard the noises in my ear, I started crying to my mum thinking some sort of insect was in it, but then I searched it up, and then I found out. I wish it upon nobody. Thank you so much and God bless you! This really helps me which is why I'm scared to turn it off, having to hear those demons in my ear again. I wish this upon nobody. 😭😭😭😭😭

      Someone your age shouldn't suffer with this disorder. Ask other friends if they are also having ringing. Keep track of times you are having it, how long and maybe events that happened before or after. Compare charts. Could be microwave frequencies near or in your school. Causes confusion, ear ringing, many other things. Read your bible and pray about these things. Jesus came here to set us free.

      What I find annoying are the noises being played over the lovely nature sounds here - that beeping is the worst.
      Nature sounds, as little as 10 min/day can soothe we savage beasties. I play it in the background while I'm online. It really brings my anxiety down to levels I can deal with. I've had tinnitus since the first concert I attended about 40 years ago, and loud music was a part of my life for at least 30 years. I had no idea I was doing such damage to my hearing. I stay well away from it now and feel such pity for the young, foolish, men who drive their cars with the volume up to thunderous ⚡☁⚡☁ They will loose their hearing as I have to tinnitus.

    Last December I suddenly lost my right side hearing from a condition called SSHL Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss. It left me with an acute tinnitus 24/7 in my right ear and hyperacusis at the same time which is like sensitivity to any noise. Being just 25 years old and a teacher, It was very hard for me to cope with the new changes in life. If it wasn't for God, maybe I would have gone crazy. It took time, hope in God's decision and patience.The tinnitus is still here, I still hear it 24/7 but I have accepted it and God helped me with being comfortable with it. He made it easy. Indeed after every hardship there is certainly is ease. Anyone who is struggling out there with this condition, please have faith, it will get better sooner or later.

The nights are too silent, gets pretty hard to sleep without a movie or music on. So I wanted to try this. Really helps. Thank you for uploading

      Arbinder Kohli I’m not some crazy 13 yr old Christian girl I promise but suicide is not the answer to this and I know you feel like the world is against you but it’s not personal the first few months of my tinnitus were hard and it still is hard but I believe in Jesus and I know that it might take 10 seconds apart days 1p months 10 years or it might never happen but I still have faith that some miracle will come through this if your not a Christian you should probably give your life to God despite the going getting tougher each time you need to fight for the memories you will miss out on if you decide to check out .........your loved ones will be devastated and some might even take it very badly ..if you have no close or known relatives thing of your future wife husband and kids even your pet dog 😂 they might miss the chance of meeting a wonderful person like you .....I hope your wonderful🏃‍♂️💨 but anyways even if your not religious plz at least pray to go for 10 days just give him 10 days to perform a miracle in your life which I know he will .....I’m praying for you ..if you need some spiritual help my Instagram is A Christian Faith I hope it helps you can message me on their for prayer help advice and how I’m coping with my tinnitus ....since Jesus walked into my life I found that my joy and happiness for him out powers my tinnitus I still hear it but it doesn’t bother me as much anymore ..if you pray to god and I t goes away and comes back don’t give up hope that’s what’s happening to me right now I think it’s a test for patience ....god will never give you more than you can manage......stay encouraged God loves you and I do to ❤️💕

    Today I had for the first time terrible sound in one of my ears longer than an hour and it was just horrifying. At first, I did not even know what is happening. Then, I looked on the internet and I found out about Tinnitus and possible remedies. One of them was meditating and musical therapy. I am so happy that, after listening to this song, with some neck stretching and meditating, my Tinnitus stopped for now...

      Glad you got a warning. Get yourself some good earplugs for nigts out, stay way back at loud concerts and go to less noisy clubs. And keep the eustachian tubes clear. I learned too late about protecting my ears from loud noises. It sounds like yours might have been another cause, such as a temporary inflammation, but protect them from those external things too and avoid loud events.

      Its been a month since you last commented. How is your tinnitus now? I got mine 3 days ago and o cant stop freaking out. It gets so loud when i concentrate on it. Im scared. Does it really go away?

    • @tylerrentz4312
      @tylerrentz4312 5 лет назад +1

      @@modoniannie Its different for everyone. If it does not go away on its own, the next option is to let the mind get used to it. Mine affects me less now. It might be because of zen meditation helps me accept it, but also some of these tinnitus maskers help - keep looking for one that works. Sometimes I don't even notice it. Distracting your mind with a boring book before sleep helps. Also see if your doctor can prescribe Clonazapam from your doctor for anxiety. It can lessen it. Hopefully yours is temporary.

    Se generó el tinitus en mi oído izquierdo hace un año, y a la vez la audición quedó en ceros... ha sido todo un reto, lleno de doctores, revisiones, medicamento,,,,,y por otro lado emocional, aprendizaje, enojo, frustración, y de tocar fondo, y ahí está el milagro en mi vida. Cuando atrás de todo ese enojo, tristeza, quedas en nada, y le dices a dios, por favor hágase su voluntad, deje de tomar medicamentos, y me he concentrado en meditación, lecturas de causas emocionales de las enfermedades, en cursos de autoconocimiento, agradecer lo que soy, lo que tengo, disfrutar la vida, ver lo que sí tengo, lo que sí puedo hacer, y levantarte cada vez, y ver que aún estás vivo, tú no eres un oído, no eres un ruido, eres un ser que tiene mucho que aportar a este mundo. Hagamos la diferencia, te invito a aceptar lo que tiene tu cuerpo, tu caparazón,,,, tu SER, es mucho más que eso. Un abrazo, dios los bendiga y acompañe
