Trained on the American System and your row of 8s and tone with a 0.2 jargon confused me, everything else i understood but I'm only here because I'm looking for a video that explains how to color hair with toners as a temporary option. Did highlights without lightener but still not light enough as desired level 7,8 it’s more red orange .how can i achieve level 8 more like gold blonde without using the lightener ? How to fix it? Please advise. Thanks in advance

I’m a HD in North A. And I was taught letters only for Ex. Redken 8Ab, 5Na and I can’t never memorize numbers !
8 for Nat L , first capital letter meaning highest concentration of A ash and small b = smallest amount of that Blue pigment in the box. Any suggestions in how to memorize it in number system? I finding it hard tho. The number system is European and letter system is American 🇺🇸 correct?

hi there are a-lot of brands with numbers and even they are not standaized tho and iv had to lean 6-7 slightly different numbering systems a s well as letters lol unfortunately ive never learnt a trick i just pin up the companies color wheel and refer to it until it sticks .
