You are getting wholesale pricing. However, with a wholesale license you would not pay sales tax. So you would get a better rate with a license just by not paying the taxes when purchasing for resale.
May I ask what the difference would be between the re sale license way vs this way? Is there a need to have the re sell license version in order to sell them with your own designs?
A resale license in this case would mean you would not pay sales tax on your purchase. A license to sell a design on a shirt is the design itself. That has nothing to do with the purchase of the shirt.
Do you know how is possible that some people are getting them way cheaper? Literally there’s a guy in my city that is selling them for $3 each one, if he’s selling them at $3 he’s at least buying them for a dollar maybe because otherwise I don’t understand how is he making a profit, they are charging me for each t shirt $6.74 so I don’t get it how can I get them cheaper?
They run specials where you get free shipping with a certain dollar amount of purchase. I did not state an official amount for that free shipping as I don't think it stays the same all of the time.

Because white sublimation is a different ink with high cost, assume iron on! :)

My guess would be that they are black market shirts that are not actual Bella Canvas.
