    Thanks Angie...which one do you prefer: this one, Easy DTV or Easy Subli.

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Год назад +1

      Gosh I would say all of them for different reasons? I like DTV for people that don't have a sublimation printer. EasySubli works great if you want a vinyl feel. This product is more of a fabric feel. So depends on what you want for your project?

  • @mikeandkathysbigadventures7867
    @mikeandkathysbigadventures7867 Год назад +1

    Your videos are always so informative! Sublimation is new to me. 3 questions: How did you move the image of the flowers on the mat from separate mats? I've moved images on the same mat, but didn't know you could move from other mats. What heat setting did you use to press the print before you pressed it into the T-shirt? My final thought, I'm guessing that the sublimation ink dies the SubliTex material and then that material adheres to your fabric. Is that correct? I love how you showed how to contour the image. I wasn't aware of that before. I tried it and it worked perfectly! Thank you so much!!

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Год назад

      To move to another mat, click the object. Click the three dots. There will be an option there to move it.
      Watch at 5:31 for information on settings.
      And yes it dies the fabric of the SubliTex and the SubliTex has adhesive that adheres to your shirt.

    Thank you for your reviews!
    Two questions: can I print on Sublitext with a converted Epson printer with HiPoo inks? How does Sublitext compare with EasySubli?
    Thank you very much!

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Год назад +1

      Should work with any sublimation printer but I have not tried them all of course. This is a fabric instead of a vinyl so it is a different product than EasySubli.

      That is my question as well, interested to here from Angie

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Год назад

      I would NOT say it is thinner. I have not found a great product that is thin. I think because it needs to be thick enough to keep the original color from showing through. I think the two products do have a different feel to them. This is more like a layer of fabric on your shirt where EasySubli is a layer of vinyl.

    Hi Angie. I’ve been looking for a product like this so thank your for showcasing it for us! My question is about calibrating your cricut to your sawgrass printer. How did you do it? Every time I’ve attempted to calibrate to my SG1000, the calibration sheet prints to the right of the page and not all of the registration lines are visible. If you have any tips to offer, that would be great!

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Год назад

      You can calibrate the Cricut using any printer. You are calibrating the machine itself not the printer.

    • @londamaher920

      I’ve calibrated multiple regular printers but for some reason, I am only experiencing this issue with my SG1000.

    Hi Angie! I've tried so many methods like this and so far I've been pretty happy with the dtf hack. But - I'm always looking for other methods. May I ask - if I am doing a design that requires transfer tape, it almost looks like even a strong transfer tape might not work? I watched a couple of videos and they all seemed like they had to pull up their cut with their hands and place them. What do you think? Thank you!!!!
