    You can put your uncovered foam in a pillow case and wash them if ink were to get on them. I have a big roll I purchased a few years ago.

    Thank you a lot ! I have the autopress too and would like to know what size you bought for the large nomad pad and the most expensive next heat conductive please ? I’ m french 🇫🇷 so I hope they ship to Europe too. Thank you so much a new time for this video very professional and useful ( I don’t use translator, so sorry if it’s not perfectly in english).

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад +1

      I bought one a little larger. The AutoPress is 12 x 15 so go a little over that and you will be fine. I do not know of people that ship to Europe however. Try looking for a heat press pad. Those should be firm enough to use in the AutoPress for sublimation.

    When the Artesprix Heat Resistant Mat is substituted for the Cricut Autopress pad, will the machine adjust to the proper pressure or does the thinner mat decrease the pressure that is achieved?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад

      It auto adjusts to the right pressure.

    What thickness of the Heat Conductive Green Rubber Pad is most versatile? I would do projects that Conde recommends for each thickness, but would need to pick the most useful size.

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад

      I only have the 1/8 inch thick one and I use it for everything.

    Hi, i think you have a Juliet. How do you like it in term of software, cuts, easy to use in comparison to Cricut.
    I was thinking about getting a wider cutter, but not really the Cricut Venture price.
    Thank you
    Did you have a video comparison Cricut maker and juliet? 😊

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад

      I don't have a comparison. I find the Siser harder to use. There is a learning curve as you set everything yourself.

    Does the project being sublimated go sublimation side down on the Nomex pad to be effective? Would that keep the heat from reaching the sublimation? What paper works best with the Nomex to allow the project to sink in (card stock should probably be avoided as it is too stiff?)

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад

      Nomex pad goes under your blank and sublimation still on top unless the directions tell you otherwise. I still use Artesprix protective paper.

  • @dplatt3082
    @dplatt3082 11 месяцев назад +1

    Does the Heat Conductive Green Rubber pad also require protective paper to prevent contact with the ink? Can either silicon/teflon be used directly on the sublimation design or under the surface of the garment being sublimated without protective paper?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад

      I use Artesprix protective paper even with the green pad. I am not going to risk getting ink on it! I don't use Teflon for sublimation.

    Can you suggest an alternate firm pad equivalent to the Aristsprix

    • @AngieHolden

      Sure! Look for a heat pad that is made for use in a heat press.

    Could I use one of these heat pads to put a nick tag on a T-shirt, not a sublimation T-shirt to raise the area of the neck tag above the collar? If not what could I use to raise the neck tag area to press a neck tag transfer? If so which pad would you recommend?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  11 месяцев назад

      I would just use a small Cricut EasyPress mat for that. Or you can buy the roll of foam I talk about here and cut a small pieces.
