    Yeah… I tried the offset RDL almost a week ago now and managed to strain my hamstring, hip flexor and abductors all at the same time. Was in horrendous pain and soreness for days and nights, and it just recently started to ease off. Cool movement, just be careful with it cause it’s a lot of torque and tension going on…

      Wow. There’s a lot going on. I would encourage you to get with a local PT and see if they can get to the bottom of that. The Offset RDL is a good challenge, I’ve used it with a ton of people that haven’t ever touched a mace before. But most of the time my clients would just wobble off balance before any kind of significant damage can be done. We only use an 8KG mace for that movement.
