    Dang man!... I've watched hundreds of workout videos and didn't learn half as much as I did by watching this one! The same can be said for every other video by Ben. "Bro science" certainly has its place on RUclips (I admittedly still dig a lot them)... but they're honestly not at the same level when it comes to cutting through the BS. Nice job!

    My muscular contractions are painful when it is in the shortened position. It actually feels like cramps. Anyway around this Big Ben.

      strech a bit between sets, not long about 10 seconds max just to feel better, drink water before and during your workout. Eat properly, sleep properly , warm up properly, do mobilisation ,strech during the days you are not working out, and strech after every workout. Not ben, but trying to help in the ways i know. Hope it helps, enjoy your training. Btw it's good that you can connect with the muscle so well!
